Everything tasted moist and well made without feeling like it was trying too hard to be "gluten-free." I'm not personally gluten sensitive, though a couple friends I was with are, and honestly I wouldn't have known it was gluten-free based on the quality and taste alone. The drinks were solid too and paired well with everything we ordered. The whole place has a calm neighborhood bakery feel to it, and you can tell it's a spot locals come back to often.

They used to sell at local farmers markets. In about 2023 they opened their first storefront. It is just the best. The service is great. Sometimes the owner is there, but any staff member can tell you how they make their bread so great. They can get crowded, but the line moves fast, even when it is out the door. The entire store is clean and so cute and filled with wonderful items. They also have great coffee, pastries, sourdough pizza ( a must try) and great sandwiches.

From that, we had to go inside and ask for silverware, a plate, and all of that kind of stuff. Just an annoying waste of time! This may seem like a small thing. And, it is. But, this stuff has been going on a lot lately. They really need to get their staff under control, get them listening to their customers, and bring their customers what they ordered.
