Zack was very helpful and honest about their process, how long he thought it would take, and what the costs may be. About two hours after I delivered the product to be repaired, I received a phone call letting me know they could not do the repair. While I was dismayed to find out, they were very polite and did not charge me for their time to look at the device. If I had a product that needed to be repaired again, I would certainly give them another try.

I figured it would be at least a day (and so was ready to cancel my coming work shift.. work from home on my computer). So, imagine my surprise when Zack called 20 minutes later letting me know that he had identified the problem. He ran further diagnostics, made some program changes for me and I took my computer home later that same afternoon. The rate was more than fair. I've had lots of negative experiences with computer repair shops and people in the past. PC Guy and Zack elevated my view profession. Integrity, expertise, courtesy, professionalism, value.. just a few words to describe them. I hope I don't have computer problems again in the future.. but if/when I do, I know where I'll be going for repairs: PC Guy!
