We brought a 50 year old document in for framing along with a picture of a framed certificate we had done about 15 years ago. We wanted to get as close to matching as possible. My first visit to Office Depot was at 8:55 p.m. on a Friday. The store was moments away from closing, but I desperately needed copies made for a staff orientation that I was leading the following morning. Jeremy, the copy desk manager, could not have been more professional. He made dozens of copies for me without complaint and was, in fact, pretty friendly. He was even more congenial the following day when I arrived much earlier in his shift. He was funny, nice, and did a great job laminating several items for me. I can't speak for the prices or inventory at Office Depot, but Jeremy is a first rate employee who provided incredible service. Give him a raise! read more

Just your average office supplies store. This location is clean and has a fairly helpful staff. A few notes: -You can purchase paper by the sheet, in case you need few pieces of 8.5" x 14" and not a whole ream. -Specialty items that can be found here (in bulk or individual) and not in a Superstore: legal pads, mailing supplies, specialty pens, and highlighters that click open. -Sign up for the Office Depot card, you'll get points and dollars for returning ink cartridges to them. -They have Office Depot brand ink cartridges for HP (and other) printers for more reasonable prices. read more

I have visited this store twice in the last 2 months and the staff especially Tammy St. Clair the customer service mgr. have been excellent. Just wish I lived closer than 100 miles so I could visit more. If you haven't given them a try do so and they are were great to me. read more

I got my wedding programs printed here. The woman working the printing counter let me try samples on a few different papers to make sure I liked the weight and the color. She then cut them for me and applied a 20% coupon without me having to ask. It was an awesome, easy experience. I'd always go back for printing. read more

I LOVE this office depot. They have always been prompt, opening lines as soon as a line gets longer than 3 customers. Sometimes I must ask for help, though the aisles are well marked. 99 times out of 100, they are helpful!! Today I called at 8:30am with a question, got the answer from a friendly staff person. Told him I was coming to the store. he said, we don't open til 10:00 today!! Who provides that kind of service any more!! Most don't even answer the phone is the store is not open. I just had to award this Office Max in Bloomington, il. a 5-stars. They deserve it. And if you drop by, ask for LeRoy! He is the best...you call tell him I said so!! read more

Left office max to come here for our office items. Office max was unorganized and didnt have as many items to choose from as office depot. Office max had 3 people working total and that was including the person working in the stock room. Office depot had 13 people working that i saw and always asking if we needed any help. The store was very organized and clean. Would recommend office depot to anyone over office max especially this location. read more

My daughter and I went into the store today to return/exchange a laptop I bought her for Christmas. The return policy is a joke, and your manager who rudely greeted us at the door could use some customer service training to brush up on his people skills. The issue was more with how we were talked to than your return policy. I will stick with Best Buy from now on. read more

If I could give this store a negative star rating, I would. I went to customer service to inquire about having labels printed. There was another lady asking about them also. There were three girls behind the counter and only one knew anything about labels. The person that was helping me asked when do I need them. I said I have to get home, so as soon as possible. She said she couldn't do it tonight, then I proceeded to watch her stand there doing nothing, staring at people in the store. She just stood there the entire time I was in the store. Picked out a file cabinet, associate said they had one in stock, turned out they didn't. Ordered one, arrived a day late, un packed 100 lbs box, and product is broken. Called store to see if we could just get broken piece, she said she'd find out and call me back. Never called. Went to the store got a 1800 #. Called and will be picked up in ten days, on a Monday, between 8am and 5 pm. Repackaged box, had to buy packing tape etc. still have box waiting for pick up. read more

do not have anything delivered to your hour from this store! there is seriously some incompetent people on their delivery team! i ordered a desk in the store for my apartment for school. i was suppose to get it monday, august 28th which did not happen. i then called the 1-800 number and was promised multiple times that it would be delivered tuesday, august 29th that i still do not repeat do not have my package. get some competent people who can competently do their damn job. read more

The customer experience in this store is the worst I have ever encountered in the business world. And it starts from the store manager working it's way down. While most of the store associates seemed genuine and want to help, they are not empowered or given the guidance to even know how to look up an ordered item, or an item on the shelf. I spent 20 minutes, with assistance, trying to locate binder tabs that were very evident online, but the associate had no clue. He even tried to convince me to take something other than what I wanted. The worst experience was with the Copy and Print area. Again, the associates really appear genuine, but when management got involved, it really got nasty. Barking orders, blaming anyone else including me, for a process that was not working. It appears the Copy and Print area is a side job, because twice the manager would leave to assist someone else while I waited. And it wasn't busy. If the current environment stays the same, I bet it will be less busy in future too. read more
