About two hours after I delivered the product to be repaired, I received a phone call letting me know they could not do the repair. While I was dismayed to find out, they were very polite and did not charge me for their time to look at the device. If I had a product that needed to be repaired again, I would certainly give them another try.

I figured it would be at least a day (and so was ready to cancel my coming work shift.. work from home on my computer). So, imagine my surprise when Zack called 20 minutes later letting me know that he had identified the problem. He ran further diagnostics, made some program changes for me and I took my computer home later that same afternoon. The rate was more than fair. I've had lots of negative experiences with computer repair shops and people in the past. PC Guy and Zack elevated my view profession. Integrity, expertise, courtesy, professionalism, value.. just a few words to describe them. I seriously thought I was going to have to replace it despite getting it 5 months ago. I chose to take my laptop computer here because of great google reviews. I felt they would be more attentive & affordable than "Best Buy's geek squad" My Husband dropped off my laptop for me after 4pm on a Tuesday. They closed at 5pm. I immediately started getting "update" emails from Matthew. Matthew was so professional and was just wonderful to have as my specialist. He constantly kept me updated with each step he was doing on my computer (I loved that). He called me to let me know my hard drive needed replaced. He gave me my options. I could use my warranty or buy a new one. Now here's where I was impressed, I thought my warranty expired after 90 days of owning my laptop. Matthew was able to tell me my warranty hadn't expired, that I could use it & when it does expire. He even went above and beyond by sending my computer to HP because it was under warranty. I figured he would have just had me come & pick up my computer, but He took care of everything!!

He did give himself a 5 star review and set up this account. Pretty sure this is illegal as of FCC rules added in Jan of 2024. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Here is his 5 star personal message: MJ came out and diagnosed my computer with a bad hard drive. He took it back to the shop and replaced it. Update The owner or I'm assuming owner's husband since the website says it's locally female owned did reach out but basically from his emails admitted to not doing what he usually does to repair the screen in the first place and took a shortcut because they didn't have what they usually get in stock also he gave me my phone back the same exact day that he put the new screen on and from what I've read online you're supposed to let a phone sit for 24 to 48 hours so the adhesive can set properly and again blamed a bench frame on something I did when I could see Mark's on the side of my phone that weren't there before I took it to him like they were having trouble getting the old screen out and been at themselves I requested a refund of at least the cost besides the screen since yes my screen is intact but coming up out of the phone with light coming out from all around the sides of it so therefore it's not properly functioning it's supposed to sit down in the phone I'm just not comfortable letting them touch my phone again there's no miscommunication when I went in there the first time no mention of making it right was ever discussed The only thing talked about was how I must have did something to it it was fine when they gave it to me and I would have to pay more money even though it included a warranty I was not contacting until after I posted a negative review I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before I went there
