Zack was very helpful and honest about their process, how long he thought it would take, and what the costs may be. About two hours after I delivered the product to be repaired, I received a phone call letting me know they could not do the repair. While I was dismayed to find out, they were very polite and did not charge me for their time to look at the device. If I had a product that needed to be repaired again, I would certainly give them another try.

I figured it would be at least a day (and so was ready to cancel my coming work shift.. work from home on my computer). So, imagine my surprise when Zack called 20 minutes later letting me know that he had identified the problem. He ran further diagnostics, made some program changes for me and I took my computer home later that same afternoon. The rate was more than fair. I've had lots of negative experiences with computer repair shops and people in the past. PC Guy and Zack elevated my view profession. Integrity, expertise, courtesy, professionalism, value.. just a few words to describe them. Took my laptop in to get a screen replaced, and ended up getting such repairs with a few other…read moresurprises. -Total repair time was estimated for 1, maybe 2 weeks. It ended up taking around a month for the repair to be finished. -There was physical damage to my computer when it was returned. The plastic bezel was broken completely off in one corner and the other end would not sit properly on the piece of trim below it. I would understand this being a fact of repairs, except I was not even offered an apology for the damage. -Other parts of my computer were lost. One of the rubber stoppers on the lid was "unfortunately misplaced". Furthermore a screw to the hard drive bay was lost. (I took the hard drive out, you in no case need to turn over your hard drive unless for something such as data recovery or repair. I highly recommend you take yours out if you ever get a computer fixed.) -Lastly, quality of repair. The screen that was installed was a cheaper $50 LCD. This panel was not IPS as opposed to the last one. This means that of you look at it from any angle except straight on, colors distort and contrast highly varies. Overall, I'm fairly disappointed. Communication was hardly established unless I called and waited for about ten minutes for the other guy to pick up. The quality of service was poor and there was substantial damage to my computer. I would not go back here again. GeekSquad also has a faster return rate (they also have insurance). I give it one star because I got the panel replaced however that came with many headaches and disappointments.

Just literally picked my phone up from this this morning paid 131.96 for a new screen there is…read morelight coming out of the side of the screen I took it back in same day I picked it up mind you and they told me it was fine when we gave it to you obviously not cus I literally put my SIM card back in it seen the screen coming out of the case and brought it here......said nothing they can do unless I wanna pay more money and I should probably just buy a good case to cover the sides up this is literally crazy if u arnt going to fix my phone like I paid for I should get a refund n also was told the new screen I just paid for had a whole year warranty.....so why would I have to pay more money for you to fix what I just showed u was t right when I picked the phone up from being fixed only 4 hours ago..... Update The owner or I'm assuming owner's husband since the website says it's locally female owned did reach out but basically from his emails admitted to not doing what he usually does to repair the screen in the first place and took a shortcut because they didn't have what they usually get in stock also he gave me my phone back the same exact day that he put the new screen on and from what I've read online you're supposed to let a phone sit for 24 to 48 hours so the adhesive can set properly and again blamed a bench frame on something I did when I could see Mark's on the side of my phone that weren't there before I took it to him like they were having trouble getting the old screen out and been at themselves I requested a refund of at least the cost besides the screen since yes my screen is intact but coming up out of the phone with light coming out from all around the sides of it so therefore it's not properly functioning it's supposed to sit down in the phone I'm just not comfortable letting them touch my phone again there's no miscommunication when I went in there the first time no mention of making it right was ever discussed The only thing talked about was how I must have did something to it it was fine when they gave it to me and I would have to pay more money even though it included a warranty I was not contacting until after I posted a negative review I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before I went there
