Zack was very helpful and honest about their process, how long he thought it would take, and what the costs may be. About two hours after I delivered the product to be repaired, I received a phone call letting me know they could not do the repair. While I was dismayed to find out, they were very polite and did not charge me for their time to look at the device. If I had a product that needed to be repaired again, I would certainly give them another try.

I figured it would be at least a day (and so was ready to cancel my coming work shift.. work from home on my computer). So, imagine my surprise when Zack called 20 minutes later letting me know that he had identified the problem. He ran further diagnostics, made some program changes for me and I took my computer home later that same afternoon. The rate was more than fair. I've had lots of negative experiences with computer repair shops and people in the past. PC Guy and Zack elevated my view profession. Integrity, expertise, courtesy, professionalism, value.. just a few words to describe them. I hope I don't have computer problems again in the future.. but if/when I do, I know where I'll be going for repairs: PC Guy!

He did give himself a 5 star review and set up this account. Pretty sure this is illegal as of FCC rules added in Jan of 2024. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Here is his 5 star personal message: MJ came out and diagnosed my computer with a bad hard drive. He took it back to the shop and replaced it. He had it back to me the next day and helped me get everything set up and running again. Awesome service. Highly recommended.

Update The owner or I'm assuming owner's husband since the website says it's locally female owned did reach out but basically from his emails admitted to not doing what he usually does to repair the screen in the first place and took a shortcut because they didn't have what they usually get in stock also he gave me my phone back the same exact day that he put the new screen on and from what I've read online you're supposed to let a phone sit for 24 to 48 hours so the adhesive can set properly and again blamed a bench frame on something I did when I could see Mark's on the side of my phone that weren't there before I took it to him like they were having trouble getting the old screen out and been at themselves I requested a refund of at least the cost besides the screen since yes my screen is intact but coming up out of the phone with light coming out from all around the sides of it so therefore it's not properly functioning it's supposed to sit down in the phone I'm just not comfortable letting them touch my phone again there's no miscommunication when I went in there the first time no mention of making it right was ever discussed The only thing talked about was how I must have did something to it it was fine when they gave it to me and I would have to pay more money even though it included a warranty I was not contacting until after I posted a negative review I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before I went there

I'm not from the area so finding someone you've never used before can be scary to make alterations to a dress for such a big day. I did need quite a bit of length taken off and she knew exactly what to do. I brought my shoes and she pinned my dress neatly and precise. We had conversation and she said she had been in the business for a very long time and I immediately knew I could trust her work. I gave her the pickup date which would have been in about two weeks. When I picked it up it was steamed and a perfect length. I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone's alterations, she knows how to work with delicate materials and does great work. It is cash or check only and to pay upfront. Job well done!

I called Summers after being told by a couple other places they could help me in 3 days. The next 3 days we're going to be in the 90's. Summers said they could come out that day! They figured out the problem and did a temporary fix so we could get AC over the weekend and came back on Monday with the part needed to fix the furnace (prior owners HVAC guys did some ridiculous wiring that caused the issue). We also had them come back and replace 2 outside faucets and a leak in our ceiling from the water supply. Everything works great! They were on time or called to let me know they were running behind. In fact after years of being what seemed like the only employee, I've actually seen other employees there the last few times I've gone. Turnaround times are still about a week and prices are still reasonable too (most alterations under $10) and hopefully the growth of the business doesn't change these things because this is a local business that deserves our support.
