Took my laptop in to get a screen replaced, and ended up getting such repairs with a few other…read moresurprises. -Total repair time was estimated for 1, maybe 2 weeks. It ended up taking around a month for the repair to be finished. -There was physical damage to my computer when it was returned. The plastic bezel was broken completely off in one corner and the other end would not sit properly on the piece of trim below it. I would understand this being a fact of repairs, except I was not even offered an apology for the damage. -Other parts of my computer were lost. One of the rubber stoppers on the lid was "unfortunately misplaced". Furthermore a screw to the hard drive bay was lost. (I took the hard drive out, you in no case need to turn over your hard drive unless for something such as data recovery or repair. I highly recommend you take yours out if you ever get a computer fixed.) -Lastly, quality of repair. The screen that was installed was a cheaper $50 LCD. This panel was not IPS as opposed to the last one. This means that of you look at it from any angle except straight on, colors distort and contrast highly varies. Overall, I'm fairly disappointed. Communication was hardly established unless I called and waited for about ten minutes for the other guy to pick up. The quality of service was poor and there was substantial damage to my computer. I would not go back here again. GeekSquad also has a faster return rate (they also have insurance). I give it one star because I got the panel replaced however that came with many headaches and disappointments.

He did give himself a 5 star review and set up this account. Pretty sure this is illegal as of FCC rules added in Jan of 2024. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Here is his 5 star personal message: MJ came out and diagnosed my computer with a bad hard drive. He took it back to the shop and replaced it. He had it back to me the next day and helped me get everything set up and running again. Awesome service. Highly recommended.
