Is very knowledgeable and courteous and was able to get the furniture delivered in three day. This store has a great selection of great quality furniture. We came to El Paso without any furniture and he had us fully furnished in three days. It is a great store and was far better than many of the furniture stores we visited. The delivery team was very professional and got our furniture unloaded quickly with out any problems. I also liked that they called ahead and arrived when they promised they would. The whole buying experience was great!! I highly recommend this store and would definitely come back. They are way better than most of the furniture stores I have purchased from in the past.

I stumbled upon Cort while looking around online and noticed that they had a military deal and it seemed doable, so I ended up contacting them. This was probably the best decision I could have made. I worked with Monica Soto and she is one of the most professional people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She accomodated me as much as possible while trying to hammer out details while I was still overseas. She was patient every step of the way and made it easy to get everything squared away. On the day of delivery, I dealt with a man named Romo I think. He showed up and offered me respect and courtesy as we went over the paperwork and brought in all the furniture with his partner in a timely manner. He brought out a variety of lamp shades to make sure I was completely satisfied and was a great person to talk to overall. Great person. The day after delivery, I decided I had no need for the dining set and asked Monica if I could trade it for a TV. She said she'd do one better and offered me a TV stand too! It's been several months with the furniture and I've been happy with it all the way through. I'm leaving El Paso soon, so I'll be returning the furniture but I have to say that Cort did right by me from beginning to end and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a more flexible solution to furniture and even moreso to my brothers and sister in the Army, especially if you have deployments, a PCS, or an ETS coming up. I often go to Office Depot when I'm preparing for a Yelp event. I also go when I need something…read morefaxed or shipped. I prefer them over FedEx Kinko's. I think the service is better and it's a lot less expensive. FedEx charges you by the minute if you use their computer and do stuff on your own. I don't like that. Office Depot has their own copy machines but not computers. All you have to do is email them the documents you wanted printed and they do it for you. You can also do the copies on your own. The copies usually come out to less than 20 cents each in black and white. They're more in full color. I know it's cheaper to use the library but this will do for me. I often forget to go to the library! I live by the Office Depot on the westside but the service and cleanliness of the store is better at this location. The employees at this one are so kind! They're really friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond to help a customer. It's not quite the same at the Sunland Park location. The employees at that one sort of act like you're bothering them when you ask for copies. The young lady who helped me charged me the black and white rate when I had one color in the copies I needed. She double checked everything was fine and the correct number of copies were there. She also let me pay for something I wanted aside from the copies. Kind, little gestures like that make an impression on me. I usually go and visit my family on the eastside every week. I think I'm also going to make it a point to stop at this Office Max from now on. Thank you for making my last visit pleasant.

I went in there to get a government document after speaking to the people at the county building. I…read morefound it strange, but the people at the county building said to prepare for some of the rudest people ever and of course I just brushed it off, thinking that how bad could it actually be? I have never been there before and I walked in and found it to be a very clean establishment and I walked up to the customer service section and was asked if I was here to pick up an order and I said no I just needed some paperwork and the lady said it's over there in that other section. I wasn't exactly sure which document I needed and so I went back to her. I said can you help me out and she goes just look at whatever the label says on the copy you have and go look for that name. I must say this is hands-down one of the most unprofessional businesses that have ever been to. it's kind of strange because everybody's striving for business and everybody complains when local businesses aren't getting enough business to stay up and running, but I have to admit the way I was treated was absolutely horrible. Unless it's absolutely necessary I will never visit this establishment again and will tell absolutely everybody I know to avoid it as well.
