I often go to Office Depot when I'm preparing for a Yelp event. I also go when I need something…read morefaxed or shipped. I prefer them over FedEx Kinko's. I think the service is better and it's a lot less expensive. FedEx charges you by the minute if you use their computer and do stuff on your own. I don't like that. Office Depot has their own copy machines but not computers. All you have to do is email them the documents you wanted printed and they do it for you. You can also do the copies on your own. The copies usually come out to less than 20 cents each in black and white. They're more in full color. I know it's cheaper to use the library but this will do for me. I often forget to go to the library! I live by the Office Depot on the westside but the service and cleanliness of the store is better at this location. The employees at this one are so kind! They're really friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond to help a customer. It's not quite the same at the Sunland Park location. The employees at that one sort of act like you're bothering them when you ask for copies. The young lady who helped me charged me the black and white rate when I had one color in the copies I needed. She double checked everything was fine and the correct number of copies were there. She also let me pay for something I wanted aside from the copies. Kind, little gestures like that make an impression on me. I usually go and visit my family on the eastside every week. Actually most recently, we even bought a L-desk and office chair here and they're great quality. Strictly speaking about their printing services, they do it all. And they'll format things for you. And the prices are decent. And the employees are nice. Last time I was here, I did spend what I thought was going to be a pretty frustrating hour here, but the employees were apologetic, rolled with the punches, and had me leaving in a happier mood. I received an email saying my items were ready to be picked up, arrived and they weren't... but as soon as I said this, the employee (wish I would've caught her name because she was great) immediately had my items printed even though there were people ahead of me. I also needed some additional things printed in a new format and the employee that was helping me didn't actually work in the printing department so she asked a manager for some help to format it the way I wanted and they even printed out drafts to make sure they were what I was asking for. It definitely took longer than I anticipated, but they did have a line of customers (during the day on a Thursday strangely enough) so I understand. I didn't leave upset, but in the future I'll be sending my print jobs a week in advance just to avoid this on the day when I actually need it. Outside of the printing services. They have office supplies to the max. I buy all of my school supplies here and in my opinion they have the best selection of notebooks (for when you don't want a Lisa Frank notebook, but you also don't want a boring composition notebook). The office furniture is almost always on sale so you can usually get a good deal. I actually check their prices against Amazon and Wayfair and they offered the best price on the desk we purchased. I have noticed they don't have a large Apple section (I don't think they sell Macs at all), but they do have a few Apple accessories. They will continue to be my first choice when I need large amounts of pages printed. And anytime I need highlighters, markers, pens, notebooks, scissors, glue, or tape, I'll probably head here first.

The register did not have enough money for my change. The Manager came out and said he didn't have enough change in the store because it was the end of the month. It was mid September. He then mentioned that if even if he did have enough change it would take most of the store's money and the store could not function properly. He recommended another store nearby. We came to El Paso without any furniture and he had us fully furnished in three days. It is a great store and was far better than many of the furniture stores we visited. The delivery team was very professional and got our furniture unloaded quickly with out any problems. I also liked that they called ahead and arrived when they promised they would. The whole buying experience was great!! I highly recommend this store and would definitely come back. They are way better than most of the furniture stores I have purchased from in the past.

I stumbled upon Cort while looking around online and noticed that they had a military deal and it seemed doable, so I ended up contacting them. This was probably the best decision I could have made. I worked with Monica Soto and she is one of the most professional people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She accomodated me as much as possible while trying to hammer out details while I was still overseas. She was patient every step of the way and made it easy to get everything squared away. On the day of delivery, I dealt with a man named Romo I think. He showed up and offered me respect and courtesy as we went over the paperwork and brought in all the furniture with his partner in a timely manner. He brought out a variety of lamp shades to make sure I was completely satisfied and was a great person to talk to overall. Great person. The day after delivery, I decided I had no need for the dining set and asked Monica if I could trade it for a TV. She said she'd do one better and offered me a TV stand too! It's been several months with the furniture and I've been happy with it all the way through. I'm leaving El Paso soon, so I'll be returning the furniture but I have to say that Cort did right by me from beginning to end and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a more flexible solution to furniture and even moreso to my brothers and sister in the Army, especially if you have deployments, a PCS, or an ETS coming up.
