I provided them with colored cardstock pages, and they laminated the sheets to be used as the front and back covers of the booklets. The final product was flawless! I am so happy I came here, because I know many copy/printing companies have a standard clear plastic page that they put at the front. I wanted to be able to design my own cover and have it nicely laminated so that the edges wouldn't be so sharp every time I pulled the books out of my backpack. For $17, I was able to get the exact result I was looking for. Even better was the fact that the spirals were custom-sized and unique for the large and small booklets. They both came out clean and neat. Really couldn't be more pleased!

The Proper Printshop is one of a few local shops who have committed to donating the proceeds of the tees to the victims families. I really appreciate this since it leaves a sour taste in my mouth for any business to profit off someone else's tragedy. As unfortunate as the circumstances are that made me discover this awesome shop, I'm grateful to have found this place and it will now be my go to place for all things printing. When I finally showed up in person because they wouldn't answer the phone, my shirt was just sitting there unfinished. They told me to come back in an hour, and even after TWO hours, it still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting almost three hours just to get a sloppy printed design -- not embroidered, not the font I asked for, and not even the right color. And they never asked for my approval to switch from embroidery to a cheap print. They ruined my son's photoshoot shirt, they wasted my time, and they didn't take responsibility for anything. Even saying "it's on the house" doesn't fix the fact that they didn't do the job I trusted them with. Unprofessional, zero communication, and completely unreliable. They sell socks, hand creams, random nicknacks but not actual shipping supplies? Make it make sense. They also do not provide shipping receipts. This location is closer to my work, but another location from same company that is closer to my house do sell shipping bags and always provide a shipping receipt for all drop offs. Why is each location so different? And shouldn't postal annex prioritize shipping supplies? At the end, i drove to ups store to buy shipping bags then drove back to the postal annex to drop off the item to ship via fedex.
