Why is each location so different? And shouldn't postal annex prioritize shipping supplies? I ended up waiting almost three hours just to get a sloppy printed design -- not embroidered, not the font I asked for, and not even the right color. And they never asked for my approval to switch from embroidery to a cheap print. They ruined my son's photoshoot shirt, they wasted my time, and they didn't take responsibility for anything. When I come here, it's for an exact reason. Like this isn't really a store you just browse lol. However, despite not needing to be here often, when I do come, it's always perfectly pleasant and clean. I'm in, I'm out, and that's that. I have no actual complaints about the place.
