I have been using this location for 4 years. I have used their notary service, mailbox service, purchased mailing pouches, used their mail service and FedEx. Staff is always helpful and friendly. i have never experienced the issues mentioned by the folks giving less than a 5-star rating. Its not possible to be everything to everyone. I think I get great service and value. read more

I stopped here because I figured i could purchase a bag to ship my item in then drop it off. However, they do not sell shipping bags. They said theyve never sold shipping bags. They sell socks, hand creams, random nicknacks but not actual shipping supplies? Make it make sense. They also do not provide shipping receipts. This location is closer to my work, but another location from same company that is closer to my house do sell shipping bags and always provide a shipping receipt for all drop offs. Why is each location so different? And shouldn't postal annex prioritize shipping supplies? At the end, i drove to ups store to buy shipping bags then drove back to the postal annex to drop off the item to ship via fedex. read more

Excellent service for all your basic needs. I come here often to mail packages, notarize items or to pick up stamps. This is the place people need to go to get these basic items done. Also there is rarely a crowd here so you can get in and out of here in a matter of minutes. Some days parking can be a pain since there are a lot of good stores in this little shopping center -RIPE, RIPE Sunrise Cafe, Black Belt Tae Kwon Do, a beauty salon, and a few new stores, a nail salon and a Thai massage establishment. read more

I highly recommend this location. Been going to Redd Rd Postal Annex for years!! Exceptional service, professional, above and beyond quality. Fast and easy. The store is always clean, and managed very well. Knowledgeable employees who go above and beyond to greet, meet, and take care of their customers. I highly recommend this location. Pete the manager has maintained a high performing team through the years. They keep my info on file and see every shipment through. They can package it, notarize it, copy it, you name it. They sell cards, make keys, sell some office supplies, and gift items. Thank you SO much for consistency for many, many years. Keep up the great work! Mike & Debbie Munden El Paso, Texas read more

Unprofessional attitude of the business owner; refused to provide a notary service. Luckily, only 0.6 miles away you have an excellent UPS store! read more

I recently shipped a package to the UK via DHL using PostalAnnex. The package was placed on hold by DHL for 6 days. I contacted DHL several times and received a different answer each time - none of which were correct. Shocking, DHL customer reps lied to me. Sal at PostalAnnex took the initiative (before I requested) to escalate to problem with PostaAnnex's DHL rep. Within 3 hours I received a call from Pete (Manager/Owner) at PostalAnnex with a truthful explanation why the package was on hold. Turned out I needed an EIN from the IRS. Pete researched the process by which to apply for an EIN, and then provided me with step-by-step instructions. Kudos to Sal and Pete and the PostalAnnex. TEN STARS! Customer for life. read more

This is my go to stop when I need to ship a variety of packages that I already have printed labels for. I often ship packages through UPS, FedEx, and the Post Office; and it happens to be that at the Postal Annex I can drop off all of those boxes and they get picked up by all of those companies. I also absolutely love the staff here as they are friendly and very efficient at what they do. I also used this location to ship next day air letters/documents that were extremely important and off of their recommendations on which company to use my letters/documents have always made it on time. They also ensure to verify all of the information they have typed in for you is correct, and place it on the screen so you can verify it yourself. I find this extremely useful because I find when I am sending something it better make it there. Personally I think they are extremely good at what they do and are a one stop shop for a variety of different things. Each time I have paid a visit it usually has never been too busy, three people at the most in line and they go through that line pretty efficiently no matter what they are doing. I have noticed that they sell a variety of different packing material, tape, postcards, anything for your shipping needs, and they even have a setup in which they sell local honey. I love this as I am a huge connoisseur of honey and use it in a variety of meals and drinks. Each time I visit and if the honey is available and has not sold out, it is definitely a purchase I make. I have never asked but I think it goes pretty quick too from what I have seen. read more

I usually come here to mail packages. The staff are incredibly helpful and will take the time to ensure you get exactly the service you want and need. Less lines and less headaches than the post office or the disorganized ups store. read more

Absolutely the best postal assistance place I have ever used, and I've been in my share of them. Had to visit them a few times in the past two years and twice in the past two days and I have to tell you these guys are great at what they do. The proprietor and partner greet you when you enter and ask you kindly to wait if they are busy. They attend to your needs happily and with ease and efficiency. A model business. Others can learn from their metrics. read more

It's pretty good but if you ship something overnight they charge you double even though it's going through the US post. Other than some inflated prices they're good. read more

One stop shop. There's really no need to go to the post office. I'm fortunate to live about a mile from this store. I've been coming here for 3 years now. I've used these following services: copies, fax, passport photos, postage, packages. Even bought some local honey there! The staff is efficient and always friendly. This is a very well run business. This is my go to spot if I need to mail something. read more

I love this place! One stop shop for mailing and notary services. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Every time I leave I'm reminded of how much better they are than all other mail service providers. They make things so much easier!!! read more

Would like to give a shout out to Postal Annex. This is a business that exudes "customer service." The owner is always very courteous and professional, and his staff follows suit. I have been going to these folks over the past two years, and have always received excellent service, at very fair prices. If they can't do something, they will always suggest a good alternative. From photocopying to mailings, national and international, to use of notary, to making keys that actually work, I would recommend this business to everyone, as I've used them in all of these capacities. They also have a great selection of cards and office supplies, and a few chotchkes like key rings, etc. to keep one entertained. read more

I can't say enough good things about Postal Annex and Pete Armendariz. He advised me on the best way to ship an antique high post bed. He was courteous and prompt in getting information to me. When picking up the bed they were very careful handling it. I highly recommend this company to anyone with any kind of shipping needs they might have. It would be nice if all businesses were run this professionally. read more
