There are 2 locations very close to each other in downtown El Paso, we went to the one clearly with the money change service and could not have asked for better service. Parking was easy. I speak some Spanish but it was unnecessary, as the lovely woman at the window spoke perfect English. And the exchange rate was extraordinarily low. Our bank in Santa Fe charges $25 for the service and offers a horrible exchange rate. This side trip added a very pleasant day to our trip and eliminated the stress of that part of the trip. (I knew that my regular Northbound stop on Norzagaray included El Sancho Barbacoa, smaller notes would be appreciated. This is not the first time I've been able to change money at this excellent facility. The fact that it is so close to the border and where I cross really adds to the convenience. Her professionalism, energy and bubbly personality was engaging with every guest that came in, including a package handler. It's challenging to be met in a dismissive and not so kind way when seeking answers that may already come with a level of anxiety and/or confusion. Also, connecting to the Starbucks wi-fi isn't the strongest when trying to print and/or obtain documents. But if it's not public wi-fi in the establishment, understandable. When I asked, I was told to connect to the neighboring Starbucks. I remained patient, got the information I needed and thanked the 3 employees present. I was just discouraged mid-way through the visit.

After some back and forth with FedEx and Postal Annex it appeared that Fedex received a change of address to a different address from Postal Annex. I am not sure why, i assume this was a mistake by the employee at the Postal Annex as she initially advised she was having trouble inputting the address. I was unable to contact the manager at the Eastlake location and contacted their home store with no luck at all. The merchandise lost had to be repurchased and sent again. A large amount of money was lost in this transaction. This is my 1st unpleasant experience at the Eastlake location and 3rd overall with Postal Annex. I will no longer use postal annex.
