I drop off packages for ebay weekly and they are always courteous and help me to scan all of the packages quickly.

I visited the Eastlake location recently to mail a package via FedEx which did not make it to its destination. After some back and forth with FedEx and Postal Annex it appeared that Fedex received a change of address to a different address from Postal Annex. I am not sure why, i assume this was a mistake by the employee at the Postal Annex as she initially advised she was having trouble inputting the address. I was unable to contact the manager at the Eastlake location and contacted their home store with no luck at all. The merchandise lost had to be repurchased and sent again. A large amount of money was lost in this transaction. This is my 1st unpleasant experience at the Eastlake location and 3rd overall with Postal Annex. I will no longer use postal annex. read more

Overall this is a good business to go for your postal needs. The problem is that Stectrum will not use it for trade it's they want you to go the actually UPS store and if you live in Horizon the nearest one is on George Dieter and if you don't have car ( ours broke down) The Uber fees cost a lot, close $40.00. read more

I went to make a return by with no label no box the woman at the counter was nice to everyone that that was not white if you're white, I would not go to the store. They treat you like crap and they're rude. The owner is Edgar Nunez. He seems to think that this is OK. I'm gonna be out to warn people who don't speak Spanish, not to go here. I have used the multiple times for shipping, notary and for passport. They are very friendly. The Notary was $6 per sheet which is cheaper than other notary places I have been to in Horizon. They never seem to have a long line and are very efficient with what they are doing. They were helpful with getting my passport pictures ready and sent off. And have also been very helpful with sending off other documents that I needed mailed urgently. They are my go to place to ship items! read more

I'm not sure why my previous review rated 4.5 stars but it's wrong. Here it is again,,! So I had to return a couple items... 1 to an ebay seller and the other to Amazon. I had 1 of the items with the original packaging and just needed to print its label. For the other, I had to box and print the label. I mentioned to the female employee (1 of 2 there) that the item didn't work and I'd like to use a bubbled envelope like the other item I was sending back. They said it couldn't be sent like that (which I found out afterward that I could and they had them there) So they boxed and added the minimal bubble wrap(2 pieces) I asked for, and printed the return label for me. Receipt time. $19.94!!! I understand there are coats and I was prepared to spend maybe $10 with the box and prints. When I inquired to why it was so high she handed me the receipt. I walked out in shock, but the items were tagged n bagged and I didn't want to cause a scene w the other customers there. And after reviewing the receipt, it would've been around the $10 expected mark but they tacked a $7.00 labor fee. Aren't the employees making an hourly wage? With the way the economy is and the inflation of everything, it seems that everyone is taking advantage of everyone in any way possible. Ok $3 for a black and white label and $7 box is crazy(even after I requested the passed envelope), and we're paying for the convenience, but tacking on a $7 labor fee to help you for 5 min. This is bad business and sheisty practices upon the area it services BEWARE everyone . This is not normal. My uncle owned the Postal Annex off George Dieter and I worked there during a x-mas season. They don't charge for labor. I will never return here and will advise everyone else to do the same. There are other businesses right down the street. read more

This location's address is not recognized by most change of address programs, as I quickly discovered! Unfortunately, I paid for a year. They DO NOT give any type of refund, so be sure this is really were you want to get your mail! Within three months of opening the box, the business change their price from $180 per year to $300! Quite a jump in prices and the services didn't change or get any better! Very bad business practices and they really don't seem to care about the customers! If you decide to use their "services", only for for a short time to be sure it's what you need/want! Don't make my mistake and get ripped off for an entire year! read more
