The usps on Montana had a line to the door and was moving rather slowly before being turned away. This particular ups store had very friendly ups workers who helped me reinforce my packaging, as i had did it myself and it was a bit sloppy. Shipped on tuesday and packages arrived in beautiful condition by friday (right in time for mothers day). Thank you! read more

Been going here for all my needs. Dennis and crew are nice and professional. I was in there yesterday and it got really busy and they moved them quickly. They have never let me down. I read some of the other reviews and don't think the other people are leaving reviews for this store. It's funny I went on to do a review and saw that another person just had an encounter with the white man with the beard (Dennis) just three weeks ago. I had a horrible experience where not only was i refused service but the police was called. He told the police I was a black girl who was acting irate. I was refused service because I told him I was going to corporate due to his lack of customer service and him being rude to me when I did nothing to him. I was so upset about the situation and service for no reason that not only did I contact the attorney general of Texas and file a complaint against the business but I also contacted two people in corporate. Kevin warren who is the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer and Darrell Ford who is the Executive Vice President (EVP), Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer (CDEIO). Dennis loves the and will throw in your face that he is the general manager for the three locations in Elpaso so reaching out to corporate executives directly by email and leaving a message was my best choice. I hope UPS either gave him some sort of diversity and customer service training or find someone else who is going to be the integrity of their brand. Lawyer is the next step if nothing is done. If you have issues with this person, I highly suggest you do the same. File a complaint. He manages all 3 ups stores in El Paso. It suck I can't deal with my Amazon packages being returned here because of this gentleman who is giving apparently all customers issues. I feel really bad for the example he is setting for his staff who obviously fears him. read more

Went in for an Amazon return. Person at the counter could not speak a word of distinguishable English. I have been coming there for years and the owner stated they have a policy to seal the Amazon return adequately. I mentioned to the owner that I come in there all the time and never had this occur and they wanted to charge me for a bag but the package was already in a a box. Then the owner made a comment " I've never seen you before." So I went back home and taped the box. So I guess the owner has undergone the Let's go Brandon melted brain syndrome. I told the owner I will never be back of which I won't. Don't recommend this place. read more

The viscount location of ups has pretty great custom service. Look out for Diego. Henhas excellent customer service.

I've been to this location several times, as it is our agency's drop off location. I've used it for personal reasons at times too. Yesterday, we got there at a few minutes after 6 pm. The manager opened the door for us and took our packages. He did let us know they wouldn't be on the truck until today, which was not an issue at all. read more

I went in today to get a document notarized, to make a copy of the packet of documents, and to ship out the original packet to someone. Jacob Ruiz helped me out with all three things and he was extremely helpful and nice! He made sure everything was correct with the document, was very thorough when notarizing, made sure I understood what I was signing, made copies of my packet for me, and overall was amazing and efficient! If I ever need to go to UPS again, I'm going to this one for sure! I created a Yelp account just to post a review because the service was that good! read more

Wonderful customer service. Everyone at the store is very courteous and attentive. Needed to ship out some delicate items that were very sentimental and fragile, everything arrived at its destination in pristine condition. There are way better Postal service centers that are cheaper to ship with and that offer way more service than this place. Courtesy is missing . No where to be found. This place was simply unhelpful. We are a worldwide business and UPS is just not there for us service wise. There was a male employee talking trash about one of his customers . I took a pic of him talking his trash. This place took my passport pictures wrong. I paid for these pictures, only to find out that they were taken wrong. Take into consideration this is after waiting in line at the post office for hours, only for them to tell me the pictures were unacceptable for the application. I went back to this store to ask for my money back, and right away they told me they could not do that. I was told I could speak to the manager, to see if he could refund me the money. He wasn't available to take the call so I left without my money. The next day I called to speak to the manager, and right away I was treated with hostility and still no way they could refund me my money. The manager of the store Dennis Mathis even called me a punk for leaving a review of the store that he didn't like. Just go somewhere else folks. read more

SO, I came here to get a Notary, as I have called to ask over the phone if they were able to do it (they said yes). When I got there, they looked at my car title, and said they were not able to do it because "they weren't sure how to do it, or if they can do it. There was only youngsters working there and every questions I would ask, no one knew! I'm new to El Paso, so I didn't know much of how the stuff work here, but they mentioned they've been here for years! and still didn't know what was right or wrong or who can help, or where to sign! I had to drive to a CHASE, to get it done. (luckily, they're by far more up to date). I really hope the staff at The USP Store learns more about there work. read more
