The bank says the post office took the money it's even posted on the account. It's obvious someone either pocketed the money order or there's some glitch in your system. Either way you can see that you took the money. Why be so dismissive and not even trying to figure out what happened? Even the bank is like something fishy going on in that post office!

This is extremely convenient As I sometimes need to send mail and it's so easy to use the drive up mailbox or park adjacent to the building to go inside for counter attention. The staff are extremely professional/courteous/diplomatic, especially when coping with irate customers. I am also very appreciative of the tremendous postal workers as they have enabled easy understanding/ compliance with President Biden's mandate of masking/social distancing on Federal property. Individual and the mass populations (~8billion!) are much safer because of blunting the cursed COVID19 pandemic. The lobby is open for business Monday - Friday, (08:30 - 16:30); the building/access to PO Boxes is open 24/7. this outstanding facility certainly has my enthusiastic/coveted "iWheel of Approval!"

Not only was it more secure, but the mailer was emblazoned with USPS-appropriate colors/shipping info/identification. What's more, it cost less!
