The phone number listed under their business is not the local post office phone number it's a national post office number which is really deceiving. Even after getting their local phone number they never answer the phone. They had my passport card marked as lost and stolen when it wasn't supposed to be because an attendant was too lazy to print out a new page. I was harassed by BPC coming back into the US and was told my card I was using was marked as lost and stolen and they confiscated my card, in this day and age we do not need mistakes like this when we have immigration looking down everyone's necks. read more

I don't particularly like the Post Office, and this one is not much different. So, I come here often, sadly, because I always have trouble getting my packages. Despite living in a single family home, we don't have mailboxes on our houses, but instead, they are boxes all gathered down the street - like you'd expect from an apartment. Well, the boxes are tiny. So you can't fit packages in there. Likewise, tons of junk mail and local grocery store news papers get stuffed in there. Problem is - I order a lot of stuff on line and get a lot of packages. So 5 separate times, I've had to go to this post office, because amazon says my package was delivered, but returned to post office. The first few times I go, the manager calls the mail carrier and he claims he doesn't give me my packages, because I don't live there. Imagine my face as I'm standing in the post office, clearly still living there, explaining to the dude ummmm, it's my house, I live there, here I am! Finally I feel like they get it. Problem solved. Wrong! Still my packages don't arrive. So I keep going back. This time, manager calls the mail carrier, he tells him he can't fit the packages in the box, and he doesn't wanna leave it outside because packages get stolen. Well, I take a deep breath. Partially I'm appreciative that the guy doesn't want my stuff stolen. But part of me is just like, bro, give me my stuff please! They also tell me, well, you weren't home so we didn't wanna leave it. I'm like, dude, y'all came at 10am on a Tuesday, did ya ever consider I was maybe at work? Weren't you at work? So, I thank them for their caution, but then explain to them, look, your job is to drop my mail off. If you do that, and then someone comes afterwards and steals it, that's my issue and the thief's - but y'all did your job. So far I've been getting my stuff. Hopefully it stays that way. However, it's only packages when I get the "we didn't think you live here anymore". But bills, junk mail, bank statements, vehicle registration forms from TXDMV etc... all of that seems to make it to my mail box just fine. But a package? Naw I don't live there ... read more

Came by to pick up a package. The line was quite long and the staff quickly started triaging so I was out of there in less than 3 minutes. The staff had a positive attitude and was informative. It was the best postal office visit ever. read more

Horrible service. Waited in line to be told to wait in another line for 45 minutes because the manager wasn't available. Clearly heard through the walls discussing small talk with coworkers while two people are in line due to mistakes on their postal service. When discussing the issue they stated they would resolve the problem tomorrow and leave a note for their driver in the morning. The next day the problem wasn't resolved and I had to go back and wait another 30 minutes for them to tell me to go drive back and have someone sent to my mailbox. I just bought her 85 dollars in victoria secrets and though it says delivered went to someone else...so there goes her valentines gift. No one care..no is helping or stopping these people who are rude to her when she confronts them. I go inside this post office about 2x a month or more for over a year now, and i love it. the workers are friendly and keep it moving. My favorite postman has gone out of his way twice to get me a cheaper rate based on my needs. I dont care that sometimes the line is long, because that's how every post office i have ever been to in my life has been. There are select hours where it is less busy. read more

The postal worker named ANA an older woman with grey hair and glasses is an ABSOLUTE terrible RUDE and unprofessional employee of this post office on Sanders in El Paso. I was in there yesterday around 4:25pm. First she proceeded to answer a personal cell call while waiting on me then proceeded to squish and very roughly handle my small international package drilling me over and over about what was inside it after I told her 4 times! Which by the way only had some costume jewelry a couple single pearls and a lipsmaker chapstick inside! The package had several fragile stickers on it which she didn't care less! I wanted to punch her in the face! She needs to be fired with no benefits! I've never had a problem with this post office until yesterday! read more

Worst post office I have ever dealt with!! I was expecting a delivery and followed it online, while I was at home. The status charged to "undeliverable as addressed". I was at home and the lazy a$$ NEVER came to the door for the delivery, they just took it back to the post office. No wonder this tax payer subsidized "company" is bankrupt. read more

So yeah, I despise the mailing system here. They don't answer the phone. Ever. No matter what time it is. But more importantly, I think someone goes through the mail before it gets sent out for delivery. On three separate occasions I have received cards that had been opened and money had been taken out of. Like birthday cards. Also, I just received a card that should have contained a gift card. It wasn't there and it was taped shut. The sender did not tape it shut, but it was sealed when they mailed it. How sad that there are people working for the USPS that would do this. We don't have family near us, so gifts are often mailed. My son has missed out on a lot of birthday gifts. Of course I'm trying to call to speak with a manager or something, but how if no one answers the damn phone?! And you know, it makes me wonder if they would even care. read more
