The Proper Printshop is one of a few local shops who have committed to donating the proceeds of the tees to the victims families. I really appreciate this since it leaves a sour taste in my mouth for any business to profit off someone else's tragedy. As unfortunate as the circumstances are that made me discover this awesome shop, I'm grateful to have found this place and it will now be my go to place for all things printing. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. I dropped off my shirt on November 6th and made…read moreit very clear I needed it by the 16th. After that, they completely stopped communicating -- no replies, no calls answered, nothing. When I finally showed up in person because they wouldn't answer the phone, my shirt was just sitting there unfinished. They told me to come back in an hour, and even after TWO hours, it still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting almost three hours just to get a sloppy printed design -- not embroidered, not the font I asked for, and not even the right color. And they never asked for my approval to switch from embroidery to a cheap print. They ruined my son's photoshoot shirt, they wasted my time, and they didn't take responsibility for anything. Even saying "it's on the house" doesn't fix the fact that they didn't do the job I trusted them with. Unprofessional, zero communication, and completely unreliable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They sell socks, hand creams, random nicknacks but not actual shipping supplies? Make it make sense. They also do not provide shipping receipts. This location is closer to my work, but another location from same company that is closer to my house do sell shipping bags and always provide a shipping receipt for all drop offs. Why is each location so different? And shouldn't postal annex prioritize shipping supplies? At the end, i drove to ups store to buy shipping bags then drove back to the postal annex to drop off the item to ship via fedex.
