Wow this family owned local shop is the place to go for ALL things El Paso!! I came here to obtain several of the El Paso Strong tees in the aftermath of the massacre. The Proper Printshop is one of a few local shops who have committed to donating the proceeds of the tees to the victims families. I really appreciate this since it leaves a sour taste in my mouth for any business to profit off someone else's tragedy. As unfortunate as the circumstances are that made me discover this awesome shop, I'm grateful to have found this place and it will now be my go to place for all things printing. I follow Proper Printshop's page on different social media outlets. I like what they stand for. During this difficult time, they've printed thousands of El Paso Strong t-shirts for the community and others not living in El Paso. They've donated proceeds to the El Paso shooting victims from the 8/3/19 tragedy. So far they've raised over $100 thousand for the victims. That's incredible! Although I haven't been to the shop, I ordered an El Paso Strong t-shirt and sticker off their website. They're swamped with orders right now. I was completely fine with waiting for the order. I'm interested in buying another shirt that says Amor por El Paso (Love for El Paso). I may also buy one or two more for family. I feel like their products would be great gifts, plus...it's for a good cause. I also like their El Paso Strong caps and stickers. I'll continue to support Proper Printshop. If you want an El Paso Strong t-shirt, you may have to wait days or weeks for one if you order online from them. Since it's for a great cause, I feel like it's worth the wait. There are others around town who are making shirts and products but aren't donating proceeds to the cause. I don't like that. If you want your money to go towards something meaningful, order from Proper, Chuco Relic and/or Viva La Mocha. They all donate to the cause. I heard there was long lines at their shop over the last few weeks. It might decrease as the days go by. Thank you for doing this, Proper. Thank you for helping the El Paso community. The shop itself is very cool, they have a bunch of local centered clothing, pins, patches, and even bobble heads. 10/10 recommend if you're interested in having something printed. read more

Asked about T-Shirts I had ordered online. Curt and sparse response back to inquiry of purchase order to where eventually the owner I believe (Alan), responded with bullying and feckless comments (Will gladly provide email chain for those interested). Owner gave ultimatum then eventually canceled all but one shirt ordered. Even more perplexing for a company that is purporting to help the community, the owner sure took a dump on me for just asking the status of my order. Angry Man. read more

I've never been so disgusted with a business, this shop has the worst customer service. I sent in a file of an illustration I spent weeks on for a client who requested specific colors. For some reason when I went in to pick up the shirt the purple in the image had been completely changed to blue. I was confused as to why this was and was politely asking questions to get some sort of answer, right away I was shut down for even questioning it and was told to just accept it. The employee balled up the shirt in my face and threw it in the trash, saying he didn't have to do business with me. I was completely taken aback by how aggressive the employee was, rude and offering no help or solutions. He said the only people who would differentiate the colors were purple nazis. I needed the shirt for my client and asked him to get it out so I could take a picture to send. He was arguing the color was only off by a bit, but immediately after holding up the shirt to the original file admitted that it was royal blue. Not purple. But was still being completely aggressive and non helpful. I'll never go back to a place that has no business being a business. read more
