I like what they stand for…read more During this difficult time, they've printed thousands of El Paso Strong t-shirts for the community and others not living in El Paso. They've donated proceeds to the El Paso shooting victims from the 8/3/19 tragedy. So far they've raised over $100 thousand for the victims. That's incredible! Although I haven't been to the shop, I ordered an El Paso Strong t-shirt and sticker off their website. They're swamped with orders right now. I was completely fine with waiting for the order. I'm interested in buying another shirt that says Amor por El Paso (Love for El Paso). I may also buy one or two more for family. I feel like their products would be great gifts, plus...it's for a good cause. I also like their El Paso Strong caps and stickers. I'll continue to support Proper Printshop. If you want an El Paso Strong t-shirt, you may have to wait days or weeks for one if you order online from them. Since it's for a great cause, I feel like it's worth the wait. There are others around town who are making shirts and products but aren't donating proceeds to the cause. I don't like that. If you want your money to go towards something meaningful, order from Proper, Chuco Relic and/or Viva La Mocha. They all donate to the cause. I heard there was long lines at their shop over the last few weeks. It might decrease as the days go by. Thank you for doing this, Proper. Thank you for helping the El Paso community. I forgot to mention, they gave out free shirts for Pride Month in June. They're awesome! I can't say enough good things about them!

Wow this family owned local shop is the place to go for ALL…read morethings El Paso!! I came here to obtain several of the El Paso Strong tees in the aftermath of the massacre. The Proper Printshop is one of a few local shops who have committed to donating the proceeds of the tees to the victims families. I really appreciate this since it leaves a sour taste in my mouth for any business to profit off someone else's tragedy. As unfortunate as the circumstances are that made me discover this awesome shop, I'm grateful to have found this place and it will now be my go to place for all things printing. So I was about to move out of El Paso and my friend was going to help me with my move, I decided to get him a customized shirt as a gift. I called this place before going and they said they could prepare the shirt in time (I had 3 days left in El Paso). I took the hoodie I bought and went to the store. At the store, I explained my situation again and that I really needed to pick up the shirt in time as I would be moving. They promised to have it ready on the day I move out, so I paid for the service and left. They also told me they would send me a draft to my email before printing to make sure we are on the same page about the design. On my moving day, I called them to let them know that I was on my way. I was a bit worried because I never received any design draft till this day. However, they told me that their machine was broken and they couldn't print. Well... couldn't they let me know sooner? They promised me that they would have it ready in time. But ok, stuff happens. They offered to mail the shirt to my friend's house instead. I felt bad that I couldn't give any gift to my friend on the day I left but I told him he should expect a gift in mail. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. I asked them to send me a picture of the finished product and also confirmation when they mail the shirt, however I never received anything. I followed up by phone, by text, but never received response. When they do answer my phone, they always said "Sorry I forgot, I will send tomorrow". Long story short, after a month of going back and forth, I FINALLY received a photo of the shirt. I wanted to see it because you know, they never even sent me a draft. It looked better than I expected so I was happy about that. However, I found this business very unprofessional. I understand that stuff happens but they said they usually take 2 business days to complete, so obviously my case was unusual. When stuff happens, I would want the business owners to be on top of it. Why do I have to be the one to follow up with them every day for a month straight and they don't even give me any response? After all, I had to ask someone to go get the shirt and deliver it to my friend but I was very disappointed.

After that, they completely stopped communicating -- no replies, no calls answered, nothing. When I finally showed up in person because they wouldn't answer the phone, my shirt was just sitting there unfinished. They told me to come back in an hour, and even after TWO hours, it still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting almost three hours just to get a sloppy printed design -- not embroidered, not the font I asked for, and not even the right color. And they never asked for my approval to switch from embroidery to a cheap print. They ruined my son's photoshoot shirt, they wasted my time, and they didn't take responsibility for anything. Even saying "it's on the house" doesn't fix the fact that they didn't do the job I trusted them with. Unprofessional, zero communication, and completely unreliable. She called me a liar saying I never once stated I wanted them all green. & told me to come back the next day. Mind you, they were supposed to be ready since Monday on 3/2/2020. I went in on 3/9/2020 because I got no call or text telling me they were "ready" then to find out they didn't do what I asked for. I came back on 3/10/2020 and the "owner" again is no where to be found and again asks me to come back. I asked for my money back and they refused. They never stated there was no money back and there are no signs that say no refunds at the business nor on the receipt that I still have! She said she claimed they made them exactly like the picture because that's what I "wanted" which is another lie because if you clearly see what I sent them, they didn't make them at all like the picture either. They used cheap lettering and didn't even use the same font. I have made a report to the BBB, Because they will Continue to SCAM other customers as they did me. I paid $140 for t shirts I could've gotten on amazon for half of that and not as cheaply made and the correct colors. I try to support local businesses but not if they scam people like these did. Besides the small t shirts the other two aren't in the right color nor are they made anything like what I sent them.

I enjoyed speaking with Tracey about our hospital's requirements for the mask and she was very in tune and professional about giving us what we needed. I already had a good feeling about it and their mask sample was definitely the best out of all the other vendors! Not only did we sell out of the first 50 cotton masks we got from them, but the next 150 polyester masks were just as successful! They truly know what kind of material is in demand and how to execute the best, long lasting embroidery. I'll also admit that a couple of times, i had miscounted some masks and thought i was short one each order. But even when i asked Tracey about it, she was very patient and kind to help me try to work it through, and even suggested to provide me one more. But thankfully i would figure it out again and realize the order was perfect, so i would never have to question the accuracy of the order! Lastly, my friend and I just went to the Rhinos hockey game when it was ladies night. First 25 ladies thru the door gets a free t shirt designed by them! They had 3 wonderful choices to pick from as well and they made it for you right then and there at their table set up! How amazing is that???
