I wen to happy cow to get 15 shirts for my company, everything went well on the phone we sent over…read moresizes, names and logo and he said everything was good to go it would take about a week to get the shirts. A week goes by and first excuse came up that his machine was down, 2nd week goes by and his employee was out so he wasn't able to finish up the order, 3rd week goes by and he just straight up says he hasn't started the shirts, at this point the event has already passed but I decided might as well get the shirts anyways since I already waited 3 weeks. Once the shirts were "ready" I show up to pick them up and that's when "his secretary forgot to call me" about some shirts not being able to fit the name in the back and other shirts he wasn't able to print them due to something about his machine not working with the type of shirts we got (athletic polyester) so out of 15 shirts I got about 12 and that's when he has the audacity to charge me 40% above what he quoted me because of shipping and other charges he made up along the way. I was upset and didn't want anything else to do with this guy so I just paid and left, never even went back for the missing shirts and he never called me about them so I'm sure he never made them. Terrible business, terrible service and the shirts were cheap and he didn't even print them he basically put an iron on decal, you're better off buying shirts yourself and using a sharpie.

I like what they stand for…read more During this difficult time, they've printed thousands of El Paso Strong t-shirts for the community and others not living in El Paso. They've donated proceeds to the El Paso shooting victims from the 8/3/19 tragedy. So far they've raised over $100 thousand for the victims. That's incredible! Although I haven't been to the shop, I ordered an El Paso Strong t-shirt and sticker off their website. They're swamped with orders right now. I was completely fine with waiting for the order. I'm interested in buying another shirt that says Amor por El Paso (Love for El Paso). I may also buy one or two more for family. I feel like their products would be great gifts, plus...it's for a good cause. I also like their El Paso Strong caps and stickers. I'll continue to support Proper Printshop. If you want an El Paso Strong t-shirt, you may have to wait days or weeks for one if you order online from them. Since it's for a great cause, I feel like it's worth the wait. There are others around town who are making shirts and products but aren't donating proceeds to the cause. I don't like that. If you want your money to go towards something meaningful, order from Proper, Chuco Relic and/or Viva La Mocha. They all donate to the cause. Wow this family owned local shop is the place to go for ALL…read morethings El Paso!! I came here to obtain several of the El Paso Strong tees in the aftermath of the massacre. The Proper Printshop is one of a few local shops who have committed to donating the proceeds of the tees to the victims families. I really appreciate this since it leaves a sour taste in my mouth for any business to profit off someone else's tragedy. As unfortunate as the circumstances are that made me discover this awesome shop, I'm grateful to have found this place and it will now be my go to place for all things printing.
