After that, they completely stopped communicating -- no replies, no calls answered, nothing. When I finally showed up in person because they wouldn't answer the phone, my shirt was just sitting there unfinished. They told me to come back in an hour, and even after TWO hours, it still wasn't ready. I ended up waiting almost three hours just to get a sloppy printed design -- not embroidered, not the font I asked for, and not even the right color. And they never asked for my approval to switch from embroidery to a cheap print. They ruined my son's photoshoot shirt, they wasted my time, and they didn't take responsibility for anything. Even saying "it's on the house" doesn't fix the fact that they didn't do the job I trusted them with. Unprofessional, zero communication, and completely unreliable. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

You'll find what you're looking for and they do have a range of trophies and plaques available. I thought the pricing was pretty good and they even had some kind of promotion going on at the time so I got a nice 20% discount. Sweet! They do charge per letter, but even for the most expensive engraving it wasn't that expensive. I loved that you could change out things on the trophies and plaques as well (assuming they have what you want available) so you can really personalize whatever you're having made. I think their customer service could use a little improvement... more so the process after you've ordered. After I chose what I wanted made and we went over costs, I informed them of the latest date I would need the plaques by, but the sooner I could get the the better. They understood, but the kicker was I was never notified when the plaques were ready for pickup. And I had a little heart attack when I called in a few days before I needed them and they didn't really know what I was talking about. Thankfully the decided to look for what I was requesting without much of an argument on my part. The plaques came out beautiful and were very clean looking so that accompanied with the price is reason enough for me to continue to use them on these occasions. I also saw that on their website they do promotional items too (like coffee mugs). It wasn't a huge selection, but did seem like a pretty decent option when looking for that kind of extra little gift.

The Proper Printshop is one of a few local shops who have committed to donating the proceeds of the tees to the victims families. I really appreciate this since it leaves a sour taste in my mouth for any business to profit off someone else's tragedy. As unfortunate as the circumstances are that made me discover this awesome shop, I'm grateful to have found this place and it will now be my go to place for all things printing. I enjoyed speaking with Tracey about our hospital's requirements for the mask and she was very in tune and professional about giving us what we needed. I already had a good feeling about it and their mask sample was definitely the best out of all the other vendors! Not only did we sell out of the first 50 cotton masks we got from them, but the next 150 polyester masks were just as successful! They truly know what kind of material is in demand and how to execute the best, long lasting embroidery. I'll also admit that a couple of times, i had miscounted some masks and thought i was short one each order. But even when i asked Tracey about it, she was very patient and kind to help me try to work it through, and even suggested to provide me one more. But thankfully i would figure it out again and realize the order was perfect, so i would never have to question the accuracy of the order! Lastly, my friend and I just went to the Rhinos hockey game when it was ladies night. First 25 ladies thru the door gets a free t shirt designed by them! They had 3 wonderful choices to pick from as well and they made it for you right then and there at their table set up! How amazing is that??? They are also beyind generous and have made so many donations to organizations and kept giving free t shirts for the night during the t shirt throws! A man started helping me then a female who happens to be the "owner" Julietta De la Pena. (Her and her daughter were laughing in my face)Who was rude on top of it all. I explained I found shirts on amazon that I wanted for me and kids and I CLEARLY explained I wanted them in green and all the same font and the picture I submitted to them for my two small ones. They said it was very possible to do so but it would extra if I wanted the white font and green together so o clearly stated no just all green. It was extremely expensive on top of they didn't do the adult shirts in green as I ordered. She called me a liar saying I never once stated I wanted them all green. & told me to come back the next day. Mind you, they were supposed to be ready since Monday on 3/2/2020. I went in on 3/9/2020 because I got no call or text telling me they were "ready" then to find out they didn't do what I asked for. I came back on 3/10/2020 and the "owner" again is no where to be found and again asks me to come back. I asked for my money back and they refused. They never stated there was no money back and there are no signs that say no refunds at the business nor on the receipt that I still have! She said she claimed they made them exactly like the picture because that's what I "wanted" which is another lie because if you clearly see what I sent them, they didn't make them at all like the picture either. They used cheap lettering and didn't even use the same font. I have made a report to the BBB, Because they will Continue to SCAM other customers as they did me. I paid $140 for t shirts I could've gotten on amazon for half of that and not as cheaply made and the correct colors. I try to support local businesses but not if they scam people like these did. Besides the small t shirts the other two aren't in the right color nor are they made anything like what I sent them.
