A few hours later, I received a phone call from the company saying their online ordering was down and she just need payment to process my order. At the time, I thought isn't this wonderful!! I even sent my mom and sister a text pronouncing this designer outlet of fabric was fabulous! And I had received 12 yds for $89. A couple weeks later, I noticed I had been charged around $270 from the company. I looked to my email to find a receipt. I never received a receipt or order confirmation. I politely called and left several msgs asking for a receipt to review and shipping tracking. (I wasn't too upside down over being overcharged bc it was still a great deal on 12 yds of fabric.) I received no receipt and no response. February 23rd, I received a huge bolt of fabric. Not the fabric I ordered...not even close. I immediately called them and left a polite messages hoping for a resolution. I also emailed them. No response. I continued to try to call and email. No response. March 1, I decided to call Bank of America. They asked for a receipt. I never had one. Order confirmation--didn't get one either. I sent them all my emails and calls along with photos of the fabric I ordered vs received. They reversed the charges. March 27th, I receive an email from the company saying, pay us in 48 hours or we will sue you. I wrote back...please send a label for shipping so I can return this incorrect fabric. No response. April 12, they send me an email they have contacted police and are pressing charges. I'm not sure what charges would be pressed against someone in this situation? I contacted BofA, my lawyer, and Local Police Department and they all agree there is nothing to dispute. So unless you have loads of free time and bored with life and need fraudulent drama to spice up your day. Do Not do business with these people.

It makes me not welcomed and her grumpiness put other in a bad mood. I don't know if it possible to speak to her and re-train her on what good customer service is all about. And keep her negative attitude/ personality at home. Or replace her with someone who actually needs the job and would act and be more thankful in having a job thru these hard times.
