Absolutely the best! Even though I think this is a big online site, we live locally and one of the managers often allows us to buy locally since we are only about 5 miles from their location. I've been dealing with them for about 8 years now since I bought my home back in 2018. They are always the best and the fabrics are honestly out of this world stunning! A special thanks to Brenda who was such an incredible help with the measurements. I have never measured a sofa before and Brenda guided me right through it! Fast forward, my sofa got delivered yesterday from the upholsterer who did the sofa for me. I somehow found the perfect fabric, it is beyond stunning and exactly what I had wanted! The upholsterer commented on the high-end fabric and before I could tell him where I got it, he knew as he said he gots a lot of locals in the area buy from them directly! I know everyone is not local but for me it's amazing as I literally live less than 5 miles from them. You won't find better than them, the fabrics, service and pricing are honestly unmatched - I'm thrilled again and the sofa came out so amazing - thank you for everything and an extra special thanks to Brenda. Never order anything from iluvfabrix.com. On January 13, I attempted to order 12 yds of fabric. It was a one day flash sale. I kept trying and trying. My order wouldn't submit online. A few hours later, I received a phone call from the company saying their online ordering was down and she just need payment to process my order. At the time, I thought isn't this wonderful!! I even sent my mom and sister a text pronouncing this designer outlet of fabric was fabulous! And I had received 12 yds for $89. A couple weeks later, I noticed I had been charged around $270 from the company. I looked to my email to find a receipt. I never received a receipt or order confirmation. I politely called and left several msgs asking for a receipt to review and shipping tracking. (I wasn't too upside down over being overcharged bc it was still a great deal on 12 yds of fabric.) I received no receipt and no response. February 23rd, I received a huge bolt of fabric. Not the fabric I ordered...not even close. I immediately called them and left a polite messages hoping for a resolution. I also emailed them. No response. I continued to try to call and email. No response. March 1, I decided to call Bank of America. They asked for a receipt. I never had one. Order confirmation--didn't get one either. I sent them all my emails and calls along with photos of the fabric I ordered vs received. They reversed the charges. March 27th, I receive an email from the company saying, pay us in 48 hours or we will sue you. I wrote back...please send a label for shipping so I can return this incorrect fabric. No response. April 12, they send me an email they have contacted police and are pressing charges. I'm not sure what charges would be pressed against someone in this situation? I contacted BofA, my lawyer, and Local Police Department and they all agree there is nothing to dispute. So unless you have loads of free time and bored with life and need fraudulent drama to spice up your day. Do Not do business with these people. read more

I Luv Fabrix is not a legitimate business. On June 5, 2020, my son ordered, and paid for, 40 yards of fabric. It was "lost" in transit and never arrived. On September 10, he requested a refund. Today is November 3, nearly five months after the original order, and the refund has not yet been processed. We have begun the Small Claims Court process. read more

Horrible, absolute theft of my client's money & no response. Do not do business with these people unless you want to throw your money away & be completely robbed with no one to speak to. You will have no resolution, they will take ur money & send you something in it's place. That will be after you approve the swatch. We have been dealing with them for months & they had excuses at first told us it would be resolved then no answer by phone or email. My client has lost $2k returned the inferior fabric & fur throw they substituted. My client also paid for expedited shipping as they had originally confirmed the fabric was in their warehouse ready to ship from TX to MD. A lie, they sent crap not even close to what my client had selected. The substituted fabric was awful, we were to get a beautiful fabric we specifically chose from a swatch & then when we inquired they said it was actually held up in customs in Belgium, not in their warehouse! We said fine because wanted it & had planned other things in the room around this fabric. They said they would refund the expedited shipping fee for her frustration what a joke! We said yes fine just get ys the fabric. Months later nothing then a bolt shows of the crappiest fabric they substituted with no approval!!!! She also bought a "last one, one of a kind faux Mink fur throw " for a holiday gift. It showed up months later & was no better than a cheap fur I could get from Marshall's (no disrespect to Marshall's it would have cost under $50 from them) my client paid over $380 for a fur that was advertised to retail well over $2k! Please do not get involved with this company, they are baiting & switching, Paypal will not help you & I Luv Fabrix will have YOUR MONEY. They know this & this is how they are hustling their business. Every day I get a new email advertising new wonderful selections if in stock expensive closeouts. Be warned even if you get a sample it is all false. I have emailed & called many many times as has my client. NO ONE ANSWERS!!! She has returned the junk they sent & has none of it & they have her money, her she is left with frustration & significant cash loss (anything stolen over $500 is grand theft) for doing nothing but wanting what she paid for & clearly ordered. I truly have never encountered this in over 25 years in the design industry. I would like to give no stars & have them arrested for grand theft. We will be filing a claim with them but I want the public to know & not go thru what my client & I are dealing with. I am super easy going and it takes alot to get me to the point of feeling like I need to post an online review. This company uses deceptive business practices Beware, this company guaranteed that I would receive my order within 10 days in order to meet a design deadline. Order did not arrive for over 4 mo's. I called the company over 40 times and was consistently told that the items were shipped. When I finally received the items, the mailing label showed the date the package was sent which proved to be months after I ordered and paid for the fabric, which then included wrong colors, stains and missing items. No one would call me back from the company in order to help me resolve the problem. When I finally spoke to someone, purporting to be the owner, I was called names and treated very rudely. Several of the employees I spoke with confirmed that the owners are very unprofessional. Beware...they use a clause in their return policy that states all sales are final as way to avoid satisfying unhappy customers - even when sending defective items. I highly advise against using this company - They operate out of a storage facility. read more

I have been charged over $300.00 for an order that I never received, waited 3 months for another order they ignored and given the run-around by Michelle (yes, the same Michelle who floods your inbox with promises about pricing on fabric she may never even bother to ship you), and then given the identical run around by her supervisor, Jill. Do not ignore the numerous other terrible reviews about this website. They are true - they have no problem lying to you and keeping your money for an order they never filled. I ordered 45 yards of fabric that were being represented as from a high end Italian fabric house. I received two bolts of fabric that were in no way from that manufacturer AND did not match the fabric content (cheap fabric worth much less than I paid). I emailed and got a response that they would exchange the fabric and claimed they had a bill of lading that the fabric I received was from the advertised fabric house. I sent the emails and a photo of the front and back of the fabric to the manufacturer that they claimed it was made by and their response was, "this is NOT our fabric and it isn't even hand-loomed". I sent all of this to iluvfabrix and requested my immediate refund. I returned the fabric at a cost over 200.00 for mailing and never received a response to my multiple requests for refunds. Finally got the initial purchase refunded through Visa. Unless you enjoy paying a lot of money for a "surprise" piece of fabric....steer clear!!!! read more

For 2 different orders I received the incorrect items and ILUFABRIX will not return my messages. Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to file an official complaint with the BBB for a company called "Fabric Love LLC" (www.iluvfabrix.com). On 12/18/2017 I purchased a blanket for $418.44 on their website. The blanket arrived on February 9, 2018. What I thought I purchased was a high end designer faux fur blanket that was labeled on their website as "the last fur throw", and what I received was a poor quality faux fur blanket. I called the company to complain, and they said that the original blanket was lost in the mail, and that they would send me a new one. I spoke to a woman named ******** ******. The second blanket was as bad as the first blanket. I have called several times, emailed, and filed a complaint on PayPal for a refund however nobody at the business will return my messages. Furthermore, on January 24, 2018 I purchased fabric based on a swatch that they sent to me and I paid for rush shipment so the fabric would arrive within 5 days. I paid $1,059.80 for this. I called iluvfabrix before I placed the order to understand the cost of fabric and shipping, I spoke to a PERSON who answered the phone and was not told the fabric was coming from Belgium. Therefore, I believed the fabric was going to arrive at my house within the 5 days! It was only after my decorator made several calls to inquire about the timing of the fabric delivery that we learned it was coming from Belgium. If we had that information before we placed the order, we would have ordered something that would have arrived within the week because we needed the fabric to make cushions for a party that was taking place in late February. The fabric arrived at my house April 6, 2018. The fabric and the swatch were not the same. I immediately tried to contact iluvfabrix via phone and email and returned the fabric to Fabric Love LLC in El Paso TX as advised by my decorator. I have left several messages, emails and filed a complaint with Pay Pal and again, nobody will return my messages to discuss the problem. I have included receipts, emails, photos and proof of receipt for my returned fabric. This company has not return my calls since February 9, 2018. My decorator, ******* ****** has also attempted to contact them on my behalf and has also been unsuccessful. The website has customer service disclaimers, "contact us" links, and says they will rectify the problem once they have been contacted but in fact, they are un-contactable. They were misleading, dishonest, and I paid them $1,478.24 for products they advertised but did not in fact send me, and they will not answer my calls. BEWARE!!! This business is a BAIT AND SWITCH! unethical, and has ROBBED ME of product and money. read more

I do love fabric, but this site promises and does not deliver. Customer service is nonexistent and they do not accept returns. I ordered 8 different fabrics from them--only two were correct. They are the ultimate bait and switch. Their service has continued to decline over the past few years and they do not stand behind their product. This is truly a one star company. read more
