(EDIT) So after posting this review, I was surprised that several fellow Yelpers reached out to me…read moresaying they had the same issue with this business. I would say you should stay away from them especially if you have a tight deadline that you must keep. ********************************* I had a terrible experience with this business. So I was about to move out of El Paso and my friend was going to help me with my move, I decided to get him a customized shirt as a gift. I called this place before going and they said they could prepare the shirt in time (I had 3 days left in El Paso). I took the hoodie I bought and went to the store. At the store, I explained my situation again and that I really needed to pick up the shirt in time as I would be moving. They promised to have it ready on the day I move out, so I paid for the service and left. They also told me they would send me a draft to my email before printing to make sure we are on the same page about the design. On my moving day, I called them to let them know that I was on my way. I was a bit worried because I never received any design draft till this day. However, they told me that their machine was broken and they couldn't print. Well... couldn't they let me know sooner? They promised me that they would have it ready in time. But ok, stuff happens. They offered to mail the shirt to my friend's house instead. I felt bad that I couldn't give any gift to my friend on the day I left but I told him he should expect a gift in mail. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. I asked them to send me a picture of the finished product and also confirmation when they mail the shirt, however I never received anything. I followed up by phone, by text, but never received response. When they do answer my phone, they always said "Sorry I forgot, I will send tomorrow". Long story short, after a month of going back and forth, I FINALLY received a photo of the shirt. I wanted to see it because you know, they never even sent me a draft. It looked better than I expected so I was happy about that. However, I found this business very unprofessional. I understand that stuff happens but they said they usually take 2 business days to complete, so obviously my case was unusual. When stuff happens, I would want the business owners to be on top of it. Why do I have to be the one to follow up with them every day for a month straight and they don't even give me any response? After all, I had to ask someone to go get the shirt and deliver it to my friend but I was very disappointed.

Greatest Of All Time embroidery establishment!!!!…read more My first business interaction with this lovely place was my venture for some William Beaumont face masks. I enjoyed speaking with Tracey about our hospital's requirements for the mask and she was very in tune and professional about giving us what we needed. I already had a good feeling about it and their mask sample was definitely the best out of all the other vendors! Not only did we sell out of the first 50 cotton masks we got from them, but the next 150 polyester masks were just as successful! They truly know what kind of material is in demand and how to execute the best, long lasting embroidery. I'll also admit that a couple of times, i had miscounted some masks and thought i was short one each order. But even when i asked Tracey about it, she was very patient and kind to help me try to work it through, and even suggested to provide me one more. But thankfully i would figure it out again and realize the order was perfect, so i would never have to question the accuracy of the order! Lastly, my friend and I just went to the Rhinos hockey game when it was ladies night. First 25 ladies thru the door gets a free t shirt designed by them! They had 3 wonderful choices to pick from as well and they made it for you right then and there at their table set up! How amazing is that??? They are also beyind generous and have made so many donations to organizations and kept giving free t shirts for the night during the t shirt throws! I absolutely love working with Tracey and her brother here, and look forward to more business affairs!

A week goes by and first excuse came up that his machine was down, 2nd week goes by and his employee was out so he wasn't able to finish up the order, 3rd week goes by and he just straight up says he hasn't started the shirts, at this point the event has already passed but I decided might as well get the shirts anyways since I already waited 3 weeks. Once the shirts were "ready" I show up to pick them up and that's when "his secretary forgot to call me" about some shirts not being able to fit the name in the back and other shirts he wasn't able to print them due to something about his machine not working with the type of shirts we got (athletic polyester) so out of 15 shirts I got about 12 and that's when he has the audacity to charge me 40% above what he quoted me because of shipping and other charges he made up along the way. I was upset and didn't want anything else to do with this guy so I just paid and left, never even went back for the missing shirts and he never called me about them so I'm sure he never made them. Terrible business, terrible service and the shirts were cheap and he didn't even print them he basically put an iron on decal, you're better off buying shirts yourself and using a sharpie.
