The girl offered other items, however succulents are not substituted with flower or plants. When I explained I was disappointed there would be no gift for my daughter on her birthday, the girl became rude, telling me she was trying to offer solutions. She reiterated that she called as soon as she came in. I asked her to just give me a refund, and she rudely stated, that if I looked at my bank statement I would see they didn't charge me. I am more disappointed in the girls attitude than anything. She could care less that I trusted them to deliver a gift for a birthday, she was only concerned about what she was doing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....wish I would have read previous reviews, stating the same thing.

But I was 100% pleased with my experience with Expressions of Love and the arrangement I ordered for a cousin's funeral service. I could tell Ashley knew her business from beginning to end. She paid close attention to my description of the arrangement that I wanted for my cousin, who had served his entire life in the military and law enforcement, receiving special awards and honors for his service. She then made suggestions that enhanced what I had visualized and said she would send me pictures of the finished product (I was unable to attend the services). When I saw the pictures she sent, I was impressed! The service was also live-streamed and when I saw the arrangement, it was larger than I expected. The prices for the flowers and the delivery fees were very reasonable and I highly recommended Ashley's floral shop!
