Now that I have had the chance to go in-person and do mobile orders, it is just amazing how both methods feel like I am hand selecting each stem and building art alongside them. I have been in awe of their thematics and intentions behind their selection of stems, filler, and greens. On my last order which was all handled via text (yes they offer texting services!), we were able to create a Celestial Winter Wonderland with hues of burgundy and wood elements. The final creation once I approved a few stems, denied a few, and selected the vase led to by far one of my favorite creations to date. It's so worth the investment of ordering from Wine & Blooms and you can be 1000% confident they will bring your vision to life.

She made an appt for us to meet with one of their in-house contractors (915 Prestige) for estimate on Monday Feb 10. Thought we found the perfect place until the contractor arrived and then went downhill from there. Estimator appeared to be in a hurry, and didn't take any measurements. Before leaving he stated estimates would be sent to store designer who would then contact us for project cost. I ensured that he had our correct contact info since he stated the designer didn't provide our email. I then returned our borrowed tile samples on Thursday Feb 13 and to follow up on estimate status. Informed designer was out to lunch and left my name and phone number with store staff. As of today, Wed Feb 19, have not heard back from either store designer or contractor. At this point I have engaged other contractors for the project due to lack of follow up with us. Experience has left us very disappointed and takes them out of contention for any future projects.

We actual won a beautiful diamond necklace one time. They have custom jewelry that you will not find everywhere like Levain, Pandora, and many others. There are some cute and fun jewelry choices under a $100.00. They are a fine jeweler! Today we saw a 4k diamond that was ridiculously big compared to mine. But it cost as much as a house. This gives you idea of the range of items they carry. Anyways, today we went in to repair one of my rings. I am super rough with my jewelry because I wear it all the time and not just for special occasions. One of my bracelets that my husband gave me 13 years ago I wear all the time, shower, bed, gardening you name it. I only take it off when I want to wear a big clankly bracelet. I have had to repair it once. It has been tugged and pulled quite a bit over the 13 years. My ring today was still under warranty and will be fixed for free. When you go in you are greeted by friendly people that will call you to set up appts for bdays, and anniversaries. This has worked as my husband has gone in on many of those occasions. They also have layaway which is really helpful.

The agreement was not to touch the bezel. And the worst part is, they lied about it. Sounds like it's their norm. The repair manager lied without hesitation and offered to show me the video where she was watching the person work on my piece and didn't touch the bezel of my diamond. Their mistake; I have a bunch of photos of my original necklace. I had the bezel tested, and it's confirmed: the original 18k bezel is now 14k. The chain is still 18k. I bought this piece in Japan; they are known for their quality. Even with so much evidence of their bad practices, when I sent them a demand letter so we could find a remedy, they ignored me. I told them I'd file a claim in small claims court, but still got no response. I will pursue this not just for myself, but for all the consumers out there. You can never win without concrete evidence, so you'll be left with frustration. Imagine if I didn't have the evidence; it would be their words against mine. I'd have no standing because they claim to be an "established" business. I am also appalled by their arrogance, but I shouldn't be surprised because they are influential. Definitely have lawyers and connections. We are just customers, nothing to these people. How can these people sleep at night?
