I walked into Floor and Decor thinking I had an appointment which I had made online for design advice however, I had made the appointment in another city. Sydney Jones the sales representative was not only kind enough to talk me as a walk in but even postponed her lunch. I was extremely grateful that she had gone the extra mile to accommodate me. Not only was Sydney kind she blew my mind with her expertise. I gave her my colors I wanted for my project and she she asked me a couple of questions about the style or type of tile I was wanting then she said I will be right back, 5 minutes later my whole bathroom project was complete . Richard is amazing, he not only helped us with a recommendation as far as what tile we should install for our house, I feel as if he truly went above and beyond his call of duty as a tile specialist. Floor and Decor not only has great prices on their tile they have an incredible service team. I set up an appointment with their designer Sidney. From the first meeting I felt confident that my project was going to be in budget, cohesive and beautiful. The scope of my prospect consisted of 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and a utility room. It is a full gut job down to the studs. Sidney was able to take our ideas and bring them to life. Now it took a few appointments to hash it all out, tweek a few things. I was in desperate need to find a specific dye lot to match tile I previously purchased from Floor & Decor. The tile I was looking for had been discontinued. Ale Perez in the Pro Center was so unbelievably patient and called around to 5 different stores around the country to help me. The other Floor & Decor stores would put us on hold for several minutes. I have dealt with the Floor & Decor off of I10 and McRae throughout my bathroom remodel the last month. Their customer service is amazing. They gave me undivided individual help in picking out my tile choices. In addition I went back to return some unused tiles and while looking at their sample bathrooms, I saw a paint color that I liked. Richard Caballero at the Floor & Décor in El Paso, Texas went above and beyond for my wife and I, in assisting us to try and find exactly the type of tile that we sought. He provided expert guidance and even provided a unique rolling cart with color samples so that we would be able to match our kitchen backsplash tile to our floor tile as this store has a vast amount of flooring and décor selections. We have been to Floor & Decor three times in the past month. Each time we were greeted warmly as we entered the store and were attended to in the best way possible--very professional. I was very impressed by how Norma the cashier at store 220 was very helpful to all the customers and assured that she checked out their purchases as quickly as can be, along with answering phone calls, doing returns and moving from one cash register to another due to apparently, she was the only cashier during the busiest time of the day. Went to Floor and Decor for tile for our guest bathroom remodel. Sydney helped me immensely on our master bathroom design and luckily she was there when I went back for my second remodel job. Even though I used some of the same materials, she guided me to fabulous unique accent tile. Her knowledge and suggestions are only surpassed by her helpfulness from start to check out!
