From the beginning, it was clear that the ReBath team did not have clear communication among themselves. The consultant was able to answer all questions, but it was later discovered that answers given were incorrect. When changes or decisions needed to made, management took it upon herself to make those decisions for my parents. From the consultant to management to the installers, all gave inconsistent information, which led to confusion and mistakes throughout the project. Management was also lacking. There did not seem to be clear oversight or accountability, and when issues came up, they were either ignored or addressed far too late. Communication was inconsistent, and it often felt like no one was taking ownership of the problems. The consultant sent out was not properly trained. When management was asked regarding training, she stated she does not go over new contracts completed by new consultants to correct mistakes. One of the biggest issues was that incorrect supplies were orders, which cause unnecessary delays and added frustration. Instead of resolving things efficiently, the process became drawn out and disorganized. We were informed the project would take 4 days to complete. It ended up taking 4 weeks to complete due to having to reorder supplies and scheduling conflicts. Overall, what should have been a simple remodel turned into a stressful and disappointing experience, especially for money the company charges for products and installation. I would not recommend ReBath of El Paso based on my experience.

Five months & still counting. Still having issues regarding bottom metal frame holding water & causing foul odor. False advertisement on the number of days to complete work. ReBath is absolutely not with their customers every step of the way. Repeated excuses for not having parts on hand, repeated ordering & reordering for more delays. Lack of communication and providing follow-up calls or texts throughout the process when unexpected changes occurred on their end. It's amazing that the Customer Service Manager tells you she will call or text you on a particular day, but fails to say what month and year. Apparently, their customers' time isn't valuable or important to them. Their glass company, Arizona Glass cut the shower glass incorrectly among other things after two measurements being done by ReBath. Several damages caused to kitchen cabinet, electrical outlet, scented oil freshener and lotion dispenser, razor blades left in front yard and mixing cement inside. Fine cement powder in Master bath & bedroom. What a nightmare to clean up this mess. Customer General Manager gave a $50 gift card & $2,000 discount, which she stated was fair and reasonable. Final bill received only showed $700 service interruption discount from ReBath and $350 from Arizona Glass. Customer General Manager's word obviously means nothing because she blamed the corporate office. A Customer General Manager apparently has no say in offering discounts but also makes no effort to inform customers once the corporate office makes its final decision. She offered to speak with the owner to see if he would consider the original $2,000 discount. After a week of listening to her say "I'll call you back tomorrow morning with the status and she never provided one until we went to the ReBath office and they were willing to give us a $1,000 discount. Hard to believe no one has had any problems with this company. Went to the Better Business Bureau as well as the ReBath website to look for reviews. There were no complaints or reviews with the Better Business Bureau. If there had been, we definitely would have gone elsewhere. Don't waste your time, money or energy with this company. Look elsewhere. We regret ever having hired this company. They have failed to earn our trust in their work and product.

What started as a positive home renovation project turned into a nightmare that we're still dealing with, including stealing of our money and theft of all of our tools from the home. Despite repeated efforts to provide him with an opportunity to make good on the documented money he owes us and tools his teams stole, he has completely left us with nothing. THE BIGGEST RED FLAGS: They don't pay their bills - ROI made a serious and extremely careless templating error requiring our massive kitchen island countertop to be completely remade/reordered. We covered their $11,500 mistake in November 2024 because he affirmatively told us he didn't have the cash to be able to cover it and he promised us in writing immediate reimbursement "next week." It's now been over 8 months with NO payment despite multiple requests in writing. Substandard workmanship across the board - We had to hire a completely new contractor team to fix and complete their botched work, including: Unacceptable paint and wall finishes Incorrectly plumbed bathroom fixtures Improperly installed range vent system Multiple electrical and lighting errors Incomplete and incorrect cabinetry installation Unfinished cork flooring Wrong skylight lighting installation Poor tile work requiring regrouting Failed pocket door and barn door installations Some kitchen cabinets are already separating from the walls due to improper installation Saltillo tile floors inappropriately sealed and sealed over unclean floors THEFT - Members of ROI team and/or their subcontractos STOLE nearly all my tools from our garage (handsaw, impact drill with batteries/charger, ratchet set, pliers, screwdrivers). Luis acknowledged this missing tools via audio message in May 2024 and promised replacement/reimbursement at the end of the job. We received NOTHING. THE Bottom Line: ROI Remodeling left us with incomplete work, damaged property, stolen tools, and outstanding debts. We've been more than patient and gracious, but enough is enough. We gave Luis multiple chances to pay. Each time he made and broke a new promise. He is not trustworthy and everyone should be aware of what you are walking into with ROI. DO NOT HIRE ROI REMODELING.
