Beto is very nice upon meeting him and listened to what we wanted and gave us recommendations. He was thorough in explaining the process. We received a quote from him and sent it to our insurance to continue with the work needed. Once that was approved we gave him the okay and picked out our tiles and wood flooring. For some reason our down payment went from a fourth of the total to more than half. The start date was pushed back multiple times. The finish time was also pushed back multiple times. It took many calls to get things done like picking up the trash, put the side boards up, excuses of parts not getting in or ordered right. We were pleased with the way the wood floor and tile looked. Unfortunately, I would not do business with them again due to the many frustrations.
