We hired someone to redo our bathroom and it turned into a complete disaster (no exaggeration). We…read moredecided to give Re-Bath a call and have I'm so glad we did. They came in and stripped our bathroom down to the studs, redid wiring, fixed all of the screwups that the other "company" had done. In the end, we wound up with a beautiful, functional bathroom. It was done within the time they said it would be. Wish we had called them from the beginning! Highly recommend!

My family had an extremely poor experience with Re-Bath of El Paso during my parent's bathroom…read moreremodel. From the beginning, it was clear that the ReBath team did not have clear communication among themselves. The consultant was able to answer all questions, but it was later discovered that answers given were incorrect. When changes or decisions needed to made, management took it upon herself to make those decisions for my parents. From the consultant to management to the installers, all gave inconsistent information, which led to confusion and mistakes throughout the project. Management was also lacking. There did not seem to be clear oversight or accountability, and when issues came up, they were either ignored or addressed far too late. Communication was inconsistent, and it often felt like no one was taking ownership of the problems. The consultant sent out was not properly trained. When management was asked regarding training, she stated she does not go over new contracts completed by new consultants to correct mistakes. One of the biggest issues was that incorrect supplies were orders, which cause unnecessary delays and added frustration. Instead of resolving things efficiently, the process became drawn out and disorganized. We were informed the project would take 4 days to complete. It ended up taking 4 weeks to complete due to having to reorder supplies and scheduling conflicts. Overall, what should have been a simple remodel turned into a stressful and disappointing experience, especially for money the company charges for products and installation. I would not recommend ReBath of El Paso based on my experience.

I write this with the understanding that we are going through difficult times, supply chain issues,…read moreetc. We ordered appliances in August. We were told they would be here by late September, mid November. November became December, December became January. Dealing with a contractor made things worse. We didn't have any authority even though we would ultimately be paying for them. We were forced to go to the store monthly to get updates. often, it was like pulling teeth. Apparently, awe needed permission from the contractor (worst ever-more on him later) to get the information. It took a BBB complaint to get the contractor to cancel the order in mid January. We're stuck with a range hood that we will have to replace since it's important that appliances match. My recommendation to Ferguson? Keep the end user in mind. I called for the last time and was told that some customers had been waiting since April of last year - it didn't instill confidence. The ladies that work in the front were extremely help and cordial. They gave us as much information as they could.

I feel truly blessed that I had this amazing opportunity to become a Palo Verde Home (PVH) family…read moreand would like to share my experience. I first heard PVH through word of mouth in 2019. All I know is that the builder provides a high quality home. I heard PVH used to provide custom-build home but they no longer doing that anymore. I haven't had a chance to visit any PVH model home until Sept. 2020. It was located in west El Paso Cimmaron Canyon area. First impression, absolutely love it! In late Oct. 2020, I signed the contract with PVH for Acacia CIM (4 bed and 2 bath) ! I feel truly blessed that I got to live in Cimmaron Canyon area. I've been waiting for about 8-9 months for it to be ready. During that period, PVH and real estate agent did a great job keep me informed on construction progress at different phases. I receive quick response whenever I have questions regarding building phase. I've been living in my house for 3+ months. Absolutely love my house! 1) Everything that I selected during color selection process had been provided. There's no surprise during private inspection, home owner orientation, and final walk through. 2) I love the way PVH provided a home orientation video before final walk through. It let us know what to expect during final walk through which make the entire process smooth and efficient! 3) All of the cabinet comes with excellent quality! (I choose brown) 4) PVH did a great job on painting! 5) Absolutely love the upgraded kitchen counter top and upgraded range hood! 6) Love the bathroom materials provided. High end quality! 7) It's an energy saving home which save me lots of money on electricity! 8) Love the basket that PVH provided during closing date. You can tell from small things that PVH is a detail oriented company. I highly recommand PVH home to everybody looking for a house in El Paso area!
