We hired someone to redo our bathroom and it turned into a complete disaster (no exaggeration). We decided to give Re-Bath a call and have I'm so glad we did. They came in and stripped our bathroom down to the studs, redid wiring, fixed all of the screwups that the other "company" had done. In the end, we wound up with a beautiful, functional bathroom. My family had an extremely poor experience with Re-Bath of El Paso during my parent's bathroom remodel. From the beginning, it was clear that the ReBath team did not have clear communication among themselves. The consultant was able to answer all questions, but it was later discovered that answers given were incorrect. When changes or decisions needed to made, management took it upon herself to make those decisions for my parents. From the consultant to management to the installers, all gave inconsistent information, which led to confusion and mistakes throughout the project. Management was also lacking. There did not seem to be clear oversight or accountability, and when issues came up, they were either ignored or addressed far too late. Communication was inconsistent, and it often felt like no one was taking ownership of the problems. The consultant sent out was not properly trained. When management was asked regarding training, she stated she does not go over new contracts completed by new consultants to correct mistakes. One of the biggest issues was that incorrect supplies were orders, which cause unnecessary delays and added frustration. Instead of resolving things efficiently, the process became drawn out and disorganized. We were informed the project would take 4 days to complete. It ended up taking 4 weeks to complete due to having to reorder supplies and scheduling conflicts. Overall, what should have been a simple remodel turned into a stressful and disappointing experience, especially for money the company charges for products and installation. Extremely disappointed with ReBath & definitely wouldn't recommend. It's unfortunate I can't go any lower than a one rating. Shower stall update should've been completed in 3 days. Five months & still counting. Still having issues regarding bottom metal frame holding water & causing foul odor. False advertisement on the number of days to complete work. ReBath is absolutely not with their customers every step of the way. Repeated excuses for not having parts on hand, repeated ordering & reordering for more delays. Lack of communication and providing follow-up calls or texts throughout the process when unexpected changes occurred on their end. It's amazing that the Customer Service Manager tells you she will call or text you on a particular day, but fails to say what month and year. Apparently, their customers' time isn't valuable or important to them. Their glass company, Arizona Glass cut the shower glass incorrectly among other things after two measurements being done by ReBath. Several damages caused to kitchen cabinet, electrical outlet, scented oil freshener and lotion dispenser, razor blades left in front yard and mixing cement inside. Fine cement powder in Master bath & bedroom. What a nightmare to clean up this mess. Customer General Manager gave a $50 gift card & $2,000 discount, which she stated was fair and reasonable. Final bill received only showed $700 service interruption discount from ReBath and $350 from Arizona Glass. Customer General Manager's word obviously means nothing because she blamed the corporate office. A Customer General Manager apparently has no say in offering discounts but also makes no effort to inform customers once the corporate office makes its final decision. She offered to speak with the owner to see if he would consider the original $2,000 discount. After a week of listening to her say "I'll call you back tomorrow morning with the status and she never provided one until we went to the ReBath office and they were willing to give us a $1,000 discount. Hard to believe no one has had any problems with this company. Went to the Better Business Bureau as well as the ReBath website to look for reviews. There were no complaints or reviews with the Better Business Bureau. If there had been, we definitely would have gone elsewhere. Don't waste your time, money or energy with this company. Look elsewhere. We regret ever having hired this company. They have failed to earn our trust in their work and product. read more

The Re-bath team starting with Tommy, Maria, and ending with Rudy and Angel were outstanding! They were courteous and professional in every way associated with customer service. Rudy and Angel were very punctual and diligent to perform the rebuilding of our bath remodeling. Upon completion of their work, they made sure they cleaned up their work area before leaving our home. On Yelp this company is rated 2.6...But some how here they are 4.7 on google which is insane. which is a lie...We had an quote from RICK a bit in the past (around two to three months give or take) to have our master bathroom redone with re-bath, and then it was $13,000.00 out the door done, today 9/27/2023 the same estimate for the same bathroom and the same work was $71,000.00 and Rick was shocked when I made him leave my home. He tried using BS videos and a BS boring sales pitch, all I wanted was the estimate, I had to stop him four times to get him to give me the Estimate, and when he gave us the $71,000.00 estimate he acted like he was doing us a favor, and I bounced him out of my home. A $58,000.00 increase is insane and it shows just how sad the sales force for Re-bath is, they are the worst, if I could give a negative 71,000 like their quote I would...Not worth anyone's, time, energy, or effort. read more

On 01NOV2020, I gave our walk-in tub it's shakedown soak, and it passed with exceptional performance. I put enough water in it to keep the water nozzles functional, which directed a massaging stream on my weary calves & lower back muscles. I felt the positive effect for a long while afterwards, relaxing and pleased that this upgrade to our bathroom enhanced the value of our home. The reason we sought out REBATH was because this exclusively specific remodeling firm had completed an amazing remodel of our master bath the previous year. We knew if and when we altered the second bathroom, REBATH would be our first--and only--choice for the task. For the previous job, I was overseas, returning to be on-site for the renovation. This time, I was also overseas, returning as the COVID19 pandemic crisis closed borders and shutdown the USA, along with the rest of the World. After several months, it became most evident that self-isolation/quarantine/social distancing/wearing masks/no distant travel would be the new normal until the contagion could be resolved. Along with limited businesses re-opening, the final check from my former employer (I had retired 31DEC2017), which had been converted into a CD was maturing, so a funding source was available. Since I was obviously not travelling anywhere, I'd be on-site for this new construction. Additionally, I was "ageing out"--my muscles/bones/body were becoming more fragile; I could no longer easily get out of the standard tub. Those factors were instrumental in our decision to contact REBATH, arrange a more isolated conference with jefe STEVE, and committed to a walk-in tub. As before, STEVE had a full/thorough presentation about what REBATH could provide. After he took measurements and input that information into his computer, we discussed the various models available. We were not interested in ALL the bells & whistles, but neither were we going to get just another bathtub with a seat in it. In fact, this walk-in tub had exactly what I wanted for my ageing body--water massaging jets, shower wand or waterfall fill choice, and lots of shelving room for hair products/soaps/ scrubbers/etc., including a secure space for my glasses. Skilled craftsman JAVIER ensured the tub fit in perfectly, as well as renovation/rehab of the water closet, along installation of a new dual-flush toilet. He made the space better than new! Because this particular walk-in unit had separately powered jets/water heater, a specific electrical line from the breaker box was needed. This absolutely required a certified/qualified/reputable/5-star electrician to plan/route/the line, and there is none better than MIKE LICERIO [915.253.0265; contractors@electritech-elp.com]. He and his son upheld the great tradition of fantastic REBATH; they were extremely reliable and committed to nothing less than the best. Another reason is, like REBATH, Mike is local, not a distant far-away company that has good-looking ads/big promises. My wife and I support local, even if it cost a bit more--we are comfortable knowing that we have reliable in-town support should there ever be questions or issues. Their follow-up procedures are superb. I strongly encourage any homeowner wanting to make a significant upgrade to their property, REBATH is the best way to do it! I didn't get anything done by these guys, but they came to my house and were very rude when all we wanted was a simple quote. They force you through a 30 minute PowerPoint presentation about how great of a company they are and why we should choose them. When I asked if we could skip the presentation and get on with quote, the salesperson flat out refused and said, "I don't tell you how to do your job." They also asked us to call other people that had work done by them in exchange for a $300 discount. The entire experience made me very uneasy and felt like I was dealing with a used car salesperson. Had they just been straight with us, we might have considered them. When I choose to do business with someone, customer service and professionalism are very important to me, and this company just doesn't have that. read more

this is not about their work! I did not hire them. Just want to share my experience with their sales practices. When 2 guys showed up at my home I felt immediately they want to force me into a contract. There's no reason to show up with 2 people for a simple quote for a small guest bathroom. The first 20 minutes we spent on small talk, then they proceeded into the bathroom an measured moisture behind the shower wall. The device showed excessive moisture, which is bogus since the bathroom is rarely used. At this point I was asked to call some people on a list he gave me, to ask about their experience with them.I would receive a $100 discount for every person I call. WHAT? I don't do that!!! This makes me wonder if they give a discount for a good review!!! Next I had to watch a 1 hour long powerpoint presentation about the company, how good they are , what materials they use, how long they are in business, etc, etc, etc. I got real nervous, just want to see some samples and get a quote. Finally he showed me samples of the countertops, wood finishings and the shower panels. I wanted tiles for the shower. They dont do that. Ok, I said, maybe the panels are cheaper, its just a guest bathroom. I wanted (and needed) a 42 " freestanding vanity. They did not have that either! The counter top samples were not Granite! Only one faucet in bronze to choose from! I finally picked something from their samples just to get to the end and then he had a Quote for me. When I gained consciousness I simply said no. I have my bathroom remodeled now very different and I really like it! I believe this company specializes in these overpriced shower panels. They are not bad , so if you like it , go for it! read more

My parents had Re Bath reline there bath tub in 2009. I was at there home about 3 weeks ago and I noticed that there was a lot of space between the tub and the liner making you feel that you were off balance when standing in the bath tub. So ends up there is a hair line crack in the liner and water had gotten in between the tub and liner. My parents say they have a life time warranty so the called Re Bath and they told my parent that there was nothing that they could do for them.The liner should have had a layer of butyl tape that adheres the bottom of the liner and the existing tub and once making contact it should not come off. the job was not done right and they should fix it or give them back some of there money. My mom has fallen twice from the tub and now I know why. In my opinion I believe Re Bath took advantage of my elderly parents. I will try to get in touch with the ceo of this company and see what happens. read more
