They dont take responsibility for anything and have a horrible attitude when you bring up issues (I don't have enough space here to go over all of them). Please don't do it!! We got in contact with another and TRUE professional and he showed us 13 of Jake's past clients who also complained of his work that had to get their countertops/ floors redone because Jake messed everything up. And someone has already sued him for defamation. I highly don't recommend. Unless you want your money going to the trash.
