Selection of goods is great, priced well, and the staff were very helpful when my item did not possess a price tag.

Usually there is only one register open and unless the "head" cashier stops stocking and opens a register or calls for back up you are stuck in the "return register line". I only go there because it is five minutes from my house and when I have finished all my other errands, as I know I will be in line longer than it takes me to find the item I need. Sometimes I will go to the Tuesday Morning next door to shop for scrapbook and craft items. I often luck out and then I don't have to go to HL. There is a Dollar Tree in the same center and I can go there and get glue sticks and such quicker. One of the managers wanted to make sure that my rain check items were being ordered, as it was 6 weeks before the 6x8 ring binder and refills showed up on the shelves! I told him that I could order them online, but the shipping is as much as one of the items! To me the 'company' philosophy and logistics may be the problem. All three stores did not have the refills and ring binders from November to end of January, BUT these items were available on line. I ask one employee at one of the stores if they were no longer available. She said she orders them every week, but the warehouse does not ship any. So are you ignoring El Paso customers? Obviously, you may have more than one warehouse.....so why could I get them online but not at the stores? El Paso Hobby Lobbies are wonderful as we have had nothing comparable for years, but I am in heaven when I go Arizona (Tucson area) or Houston/Galveston area to visit. The choices in some product areas are phenomenal. Here in El Paso I often have to go to the west HL off Mesa St. to get picture frame hardware and other items not carried on the east side stores. Good things: all cashiers at all three locations are always friendly and helpful; never have witnessed the clerk getting irritable EVEN WHEN the customers have become nasty while waiting SO long. From worst to best for customer check out: Viscount, Loop 375, Mesa. BEST things: at Mesa and Loop 375 stores, design of entry protects customers and employees(cashiers) from our nasty winds, dust, cold. Viscount NEEDS THIS! You could end up with sniffles while waiting in the long lines. (ha,ha) Best buys for a scrapper...Paper Studio sales at 50% off. Hope this helps, Alison Welch, retired educator

I went into the store and Brie/Brianna didn't even have the common courtesy to say "Thank you". My son picked up our packages, he says thank you and no response from Brianna. Fine, don't thank me, a paying customer, but if someone says thank you, a person working customer service should always thank the customer. What is it with these young people that feel they are so entitled and it should be our duty to serve them! I'm glad I have taught my son better manners!

Our GC contacted the management team, and they graciously credited twenty broken tiles, which amounted to a $2,100 credit. I would like to comment them for being honorable in regard to their customer relations. I am giving them five stars.

She made an appt for us to meet with one of their in-house contractors (915 Prestige) for estimate on Monday Feb 10. Thought we found the perfect place until the contractor arrived and then went downhill from there. Estimator appeared to be in a hurry, and didn't take any measurements. Before leaving he stated estimates would be sent to store designer who would then contact us for project cost. I ensured that he had our correct contact info since he stated the designer didn't provide our email. I then returned our borrowed tile samples on Thursday Feb 13 and to follow up on estimate status. Informed designer was out to lunch and left my name and phone number with store staff. As of today, Wed Feb 19, have not heard back from either store designer or contractor. At this point I have engaged other contractors for the project due to lack of follow up with us. Experience has left us very disappointed and takes them out of contention for any future projects.

Ok, unpopular male opinion - I absolutely LOVE Bath&Bodyworks!…read more This location is in the glorious Fountains at Farah in central El Paso, sitting on the hill looking over Ciudad Juarez. So I don't waste time typing about the Fountains, go look it up; there's plenty of reviews for it. So Bath&Bodyworks - for one it's a clean store and smells amazing. That's always a plus for any business. Secondly, all the stuff here are great! Perfect amount of helpful without being annoying. Now then, why am I here? Well, I live alone, with two dogs. So my house could have the potential of smelling like a Batchelor pad + 2 stank dogs. I don't like that. Maybe the Army indoctrinated me, but I like to keep by home very clean, and smelling good. So, in my 3 bedroom home, I have 10 (yes 10), of the Wallflower plug ins! My go-to scent is the eucalyptus mint stress relief. It's such a "clean" scent. So at all times in my home, there's 10 of those bad boys pumping out that clean scent. And, all wallflower plug ins have a lifetime warranty. If one goes out (which they do), bring it in and exchange it for free! Also, when you sign up for their membership (free), you get emails with coupons. Often $10 off. And many times, great deals on candles. I always have 3 candles on deck. Not only are they decorative, but when burned, they smell great! Because of the wallflowers, I don't use the candles a lot. But, I keep one in living room, kitchen, and bedroom. And if you've ever been in there, you'll agree that they have a long lasting, great smelling candles for all tastes. Lastly let's talk about men! I'm one of those! Now I like to smell nice and I like to smell clean. I'm not the most handsome guy out there, and that won't change. But I don't have to smell like I just left a gym either. I'm often complimented on how good I smell. Bath and Body has an entire line of MENS products. From washes to lotions and my personal favorite, body spray fragrances. They have 7 or so different men's fragrances. And at all times, they are Buy 3 / Get 2 free. So I walk out with 5 different ones each time. And legit, they smell amazing and all types are always asking what I'm wearing. And often surprised it's a Buy3/Get2 body spray from Bath and Body and not some expensive $100-$150 cologne. Guy, girl, single, taken, who cares! Don't be gross! Go to bath and body and make yourself and your dirty old house smell right!
