After shredding EPCyclist Jacob interrupted his Northward movement on Yarbrough to tell me that my pennants were diminished in terms of visibility, so it became my goal to purchase new, and the only place for it is David's Pennants & Banners. Consuela gave me superb assistance, and when I realized I had bought the wrong pennants, she immediately corrected my mistake. I was almost tempted to stroll the store to find other safety items, but I'd already been out too long and was extremely pleased with these pennants.
