The staff at the Postal Annex at Yarbrough are absolutely what customer service is all about. Professional, friendly, and thorough. We often have to ship items and when I take them in I know I'm going to be guided as to the best (sometimes least expensive) way to ship. When we shipped some items out at Christmas time for our clients, we received so many compliments about how well everything was packed up. They all make you feel like they've known you forever and are part of their "family". I totally recommend them for any of your shipping/mailing/money orders, etc.! read more

Talk about sketchy! I am an avid Amazon shopper and have never had an issue dropping off packages. The man behind the counter was nice but he wanted me to drop off my package without a receipt because it wasn't a typical shipping box. The box that I was shipping it back in is the exact same one it came in. I couldn't tell if he was trying to steal my item or if he just wanted me to have to buy a box. I will never go back there again and I would not recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of postal annex's, UPS stores, and FedEx stores don't use this location if you don't have to. We shouldn't be nickeled and dimed by these places, or risk the possibility of them stealing our returns. Someone else already paid for the shipping. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! My aunt sent me a box from here with baby clothes and vitamins for xmas. Not only did a different box arrived (hers was full of xmas stickers and tape) but 1/3 of the box went missing! These people swap the box and stole some of my content! Not only that, my aunt was charged for 11lbs and only 6lbs arrived. Between the $30 shipping and over $90 content stolen, WE ARE LEFT WITH A VERY SOUR START OF THE HOLIDAY SEASON. Friendly staff and helpful but like most overall expensive. What I do like is how helpful this location has been. They are patient and understanding just don't use the computer to print out a document if you don't carry cash. This location has a minimum charge of $3.00 on a debit card. Although I understand the why I still think it is outrageous that any store would have a minimum purchase amount on a debit in today's age. read more

As usual, this business takes every opportunity to close, claiming that is is a Federal Holiday. If the holiday is on a Monday, they close Saturday, and sometimes early on Friday without prior notice. On these so-called holidays, US Postal trucks are making deliveries and residential deliveries are made. read more

I had used there business for many years. The owner sold to other people and service suffered immediately. Now they do not handle your incoming mail, answer telephones and business hours change frequently. They use to open at 8AM now it is 9AM and Saturday's 9:30AM. In making postal changes they provided me NO notice, so I am not able to do forwarding mail, they have no interests in helping. I would have paid to retain box, but easier to suffer short term inconvenience rather than long term aggravation I have no doubt they will struggle financially. On Dec 13, 2017 I mailed a box of Christmas presents Priority Mail with a tracking number. All efforts at Tracking through the USPS tracking system showed only the label had been generated. I returned on the 19th to find out what the problem was. I was told innumerable lies about the main El Paso Post Office being the problem and they denied all responsibility. The box was returned to me by USPS because a stamp had been used instead of the metered postage and the label with tracking number had been removed. I contacted PostalAnnex corporate with a complaint and even their attempt at intervention, mediation and rectifying the mess with this location was useless. They are totally untrustworthy and customer service is the last thing they care about. Avoid them like the plague. read more
