And they never asked for my approval to switch from embroidery to a cheap print. They ruined my son's photoshoot shirt, they wasted my time, and they didn't take responsibility for anything. Even saying "it's on the house" doesn't fix the fact that they didn't do the job I trusted them with. Unprofessional, zero communication, and completely unreliable. I called Postal World for the THIRD TIME only to find out that the owner had LIED to me all this time and that HE HAD THE PACKAGE ALL ALONG. He gave me the excuse that he was having "personal issues and had gotten confused."
