Horrible experience today with Cheyenne and i believe she is a manager .. maybe she needs to take some classes of how to treat customers at the store . Thank God they people like Conrabo working there . Excellent Customer service from him i give him a 5 star review. read more

Placed online order. Picking-up and they tell me its returned. Call online but it's still waiting for me to pick-up. Called an associate and they called store manager, manager returned items as I was on the phone and could not get it unless I pay 2x as much. This is very unprofessional and rude, drove 1 hour away for specific item. Over the phone they kept telling me to buy it again at regular price. Never buying anything online again from Office Depot. Now I see why they are going downhill. read more

As a person who is in retail I can say that this store has beyond the worst staff there can be! I believe there was a gal named Reyna who was the only who really helped me out, but the managers were extremely rude and loud! One of them i believe was Estela and there was an old fella as well who was so rude and loud! And not to mention was completely ignored by the print area. Don't remember her name but she had very long hair and glasses, at the end I left very disappointed and I hope they treat their employees good read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one ever cleans, there's many misplaced items and when you go to the register and tell them that you thought an item was on sale Rosalie was very sassy, rude, and not helpful at all. Never coming to this branch again. Very disappointed. If the manager sees this I would like to speak with you about Rosalie. She was extremely rude to the point where it's unacceptable. read more

I went in there to have two small packets bound. Usually takes no more than 1-2 minutes elsewhere. Here, I was told it would take 2.5 hours because there was 1 person ahead of me and another who "was showing up later." I had no idea you can make appointments but OK. Both projects ahead of mine were small but the employee said "she was the only one working in that area." I ended up leaving. It's not hard to punch a few holes and wind a spiral binding spine. Get it together! read more

I'm starting to hate Office Depot more and more, and their webpage is so confusing. I called this morning to ask if they had a specific paper in stock (their website said I could order it and they would have it within the hour, but I don't trust that either - see other reviews). The lady I spoke with said they had it in store, so I drove down and went in to find, WHOOPS, they didn't have it in stock. The man I spoke with was friendly and apologetic, but I would not have come in if I knew it wasn't there (or ordered it online)... that's why I called! I'd rather be on hold for a while and get the correct answer, thank you very much. Perhaps she could have given me a friendly suggestion such as: "Oh, we don't have that in stock, but you could order it through ____." OR "We don't have that, but we get new shipments of paper every ___." Also, there were too few workers in the store. Management needs to have more on hand for questions/busy hours. They also need a webpage overhaul, and better "phone customer service" training. Overall, not impressed. read more

I am seeing why OD are closing in locations. Horrid service. Today is Sunday and the store is dead empty. I was interested in laser printers and looking at laptops. I literally walked down every aisle In the store looking at things. Getting ready for nexts years class. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE greeted me or asked if I can use any help.. Passed a few walking and going in aisles. One other customer in the store. I gave up. I found a printer but they had none. I gave up and am ordering AMAZON. If I wanted no service I would have begun online . I told the manager when I went to pay for the rubberbands. He apologized and offered to help. But by then I was so done. Disappointed.. read more

I'm actually a big fan of Office Depot. I frequently use their printing services and they are far more superior and affordable than Staples in this area. It was my first visit to this Burbank location. I started off in the Printing/Copy counter and got a few items that were a great deal on sale. Cameron had a relaxed, friendly demeanor helping me with my copy order. Juan went above and beyond with a silly paper clip request I had but we loved his energy. Alin at the checkout seemed like a sweetheart! Simple things like friendly customer service I find really valuable. I wish other companies would catch on. read more

Went to send a Fed Ex package as this location. The guy was a total jerk to me. Horrible customer service and would not give me a receipt. Told me to go somewhere else if I needed a receipt. Really? Who drops off a package for shipping with no receipt? Totally shady. Was going to purchase other items but after that no way. Will never go there again. read more

AWFUL SERVICE! Usually I don't like leaving a bad review but for this Office Depot, they deserve it. I recently purchased a desk from this Office Depot and how I regret doing that! I went into the store with my dad to the section with the desks and I had seen one that I liked. That specific desk also came in black, which was not a floor model. The man that was helping me seemed like it was my fault that he was working at Office Depot, showing awful attitude. Anyways, I had a change of heart after the desk was already assembled and called and spoke with one of the store managers (Coronado) to see if I will be able to return it like that. After waiting and waiting to speak with "another store manager", Coronado told me that I will not be able to return the desk assembled and I must un-assemble it, put it back into the original box, then return it. First of all, the desk was already so hard to assemble that I think we did someone else a huge favor by assembling it. The Office Depot staff was very rude and unprofessional and I will make sure that no one else buys their office furniture from this Office Depot. read more

Management and staff are very helpful and patience!! Had to return an online order which they usually don't take but made an exception. Thank you read more

Came in today to buy a new office chair. I found one I liked and looked on their site for a coupon. I found a coupon for 20% off one item. Perfect I thought! I go to the register and the lady couldn't scan the barcode on the coupon so she entered it manually. The computer then said that the coupon had already been used. What?.. I just found this coupon on their public website. She calls the manager, Conrado, over and he says in a very rude manner that ummm it's been used. It was almost like he insinuated that we used it before and are trying to use it again. I told him its on their website and then he's like yeah but if someone uses it it makes it ineffective anymore. What sense does that make? read more

Just bafflingly rude! Wow! I asked if a job could be ready within the hour and the manager raised his voice at me as if that was the most ridiculous thing anyone had ever said. I couldn't have been nicer and they couldn't have been more useless. I've come here for the same thing dozens of times before, but never ever again. The girl working there was really sweet and doing her best, I can see why when her manager came up she seemed stressed out and afraid. read more

The prices are high but you can always find what you need. Very organized place. Everything is in its place. The workers are helpful and nice. Always want to buy more. The products are high quality. There are also snacks you can buy. I recomend this place. read more

I go into this location frequently for office supply shopping. The store is neat and organized. I'm often get Jeanette as a Customer Service Rep at the checkout line--she is great--always helpful, efficient and engages in communication. read more

Easy parking, standard selection of office supplies, helpful staff. The women's restroom is gross - hasn't been cleaned in a while. Stuff on the walls, door - at least the trash cans were empty. Disgusting. read more

Less Option and the representatives are not to friendly. Last week I went to the store for Laptop trade in and 2 persons were there to assist me. The problem stated when both of them were contradicting each other about price value. After that one left and second one was trying to use 3party software to check the value. He tried couple of times but he was not able to do anything. Finally I said I don't want to do trade in and I left. I didn't understand one side you are saying we offer trade in and other side if somebody is coming to you for trade in you are not able to make a deal. read more

Office Depot - Store front - Office Equipment Near Me - Burbank, California

I like this store. Maybe I'm lucky, but I *always* find someone to help me (such a pleasure in these days of disappearing help). Plus the store is clean, they always have things in stock, and their lines -- even when long -- seem to move quickly. There are a couple of young employees that don't seem to realize that they're there to do a job and not chat with each other, but I'll forgive that because I like everything else here. read more

I see some customers without a mask inside the store. Is this location not following state mandated rules and letting in customers without mask ? And how come no one is heavily imposing this rule on their customers? Are they too scared to annoy the customer and get a bad review? Well, this is a bad review for not protecting your other customers and employees from people who refuse to wear a mask. read more

I had really great service when I came here on Saturday, and it warranted a review. I went in to get photocopies on pink paper, get my papers cut into quarters, and to buy 60 ball point pens in bulk. I was in and out within 15 minutes, having spent less than $15 dollars. WIN! The people were so friendly and accomodating - it only costs $0.10/sheet for a photocopy, and only $0.02 more to have photocopies done on colored paper. (=TOTAL $0.12/ sheet). And the pens - $4 for 36 pens!! Usually Office Depot can be super pricy, but today it was awesome! read more

Wow this store has changed a lot since the days when I worked here throughout my post high school life. The store organization is so awkward. its difficult to find things, but at least the staff was friendly and helpful when I couldn't find what i was looking for. read more

Great location, but a bit run down. Well stocked lots of parking, well most of the time. The parking gets kind of cooky in the mornings and afternoons with the high school across the street - that's when parking is awful. The print center provides a large array of services, but the turn around time is slower than I would expect for the prices you pay. All in all, this place gets the job done and is conveniently located, so I come here regularly and will continue to do so. read more

I've used a different office depot to drop off USPS shipments before, but had to use this one today, unfortunately... There were literally 3 employees working the "shipment/printing" area, and I waited 30 minutes just to have someone take my already labeled shipments. Nobody even asked me what I needed, when there was one clearly free employee, slowly stacking some papers into a box that obviously could be done later. Other than stacking some papers sometimes, he was just walking this way and that and ignoring us customers that needed help. There were only two of us. I eventually just stared straight at him walking back and forth in front of me, and he blatantly ignored us. Should've looked at his name tag and gotten his name, he should probably get laid off. Seriously very slow workers and poor customer service. The other office depots are much better, and quickly take and drop off my shipments in a second. read more

Tried to stop at Office Depot. Absolutely no parking, it was ridiculous. Parking lot was full. Finally got in only 2 people in the store. I mentioned it to the employee. He said yes it is crazy out there. Apparently all the HS parents park there. So as a customer, don't go there in the afternoon or head over to Staples. Better parking and customer service. read more

I came in on Monday for there back to school sale when the items where cheap for 1 cents . The lady who was the cashier was an older lady . She was very nice and friendly. I did 3 transactions that day . I came back on Wednesday on the same week to get more school supplies and to get the items on sale . I did three transactions using my rewards card and then it didn't let me do a four one . The lady who was working the cashier called the manager and said I was doing 4 transactions and he was so rude to me and was saying how is that possible if there was only two people there. My other was in the store next door . He didn't believe me . He was arguing with me in front of people and my son which he has adhd and that made my son really upset. This manager is the rudest person to customers, he is Chinese or Asian . I would not be coming back here ever . I wish I could give know stars . read more

I recently purchased an office chair here at the Burbank Office Depot. There were multiple issues with the chair, which was no fault of the store, just the way the chair was manufactured. It could have been a painful experience, but it was just the opposite. I was treated courteously and everyone did all that could be done to resolve my situation. Special thanks to Conrado, Gloria, and Reyna for going above and beyond! These helpful people made what could have been a very bad experience painless. I will definitely go back to the Burbank store for other office needs. read more

Christie/ Kristy was amazingly kind! After I dropped of my package, the store was closing. Cameron, former supervisor in the print department, has been my hero for several years. He facilitated community often introducing me to other customers who set me up the way he did. His attentiveness and skillset are unmatched. The swift, respectful manner he delivered consistent high quality and a personal quest to insure my satisfaction has brought massive strength to my life in crucial events. Can I give ZERO STARS?? That is what I'm giving the rude ass cashier. I was so annoyed I didn't even see her name. A cranky old lady. Their print center is a joke. This review is not for the staff, it's only for the one who believes to be the manager of this Office Depot. 1. You do not discipline your staff in front of your clients, no,no,no. Absolutely unprofessional. And 2. If you are the manager of this location, "act like one!". read more

So frustrated with this place. I needed printing and was told to send them files so I did. It took 3 hours for me to load and send them. Then they told me they don't open those type of files when they didn't inform me this. They finally agreed they would accept them and told me to wait another hour. After an hour I called back and they told me they were too large of files and they wouldn't print them. Such a waste to make someone wait 4 hours when initially you said you would print them! Frustrated!! read more

Most of my experience is at the print center, but they do decent fast work and the staff are always friendly. The quality isn't what you will find at a good print shop; they don't check for color correction, etc. However, if your in need of a quick turn done while you wait at a price point that is cheap, they can do that. The staff is always happy to help, and their customer service is pretty darn good! I wish the store would update their computer and software system though as one of their 3 computers in the center always seems on the fritz. read more
