Dear Office Depot Management, Today, I visited your store location and had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I came in to print logos for my daughter's birthday party, but the associate working in the Print & Copy department was extremely unhelpful and displayed a poor attitude throughout the interaction. While I observed her assisting other customers--going as far as walking them to the products they needed--I did not receive the same level of service. She seemed visibly annoyed by my questions and made me feel as though my presence was a burden. Additionally, I noticed that she provided other customers with their labels to check out at the front counter. However, when it was my turn, she required me to pay in the back with her, which made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. The entire experience felt discriminatory and disrespectful. I have always shopped at Office Depot and never had an issue before. The fact that I still spent $59.23 in a place where I felt unwelcome is very upsetting. Unfortunately, due to this experience, Office Depot has lost me as a customer. read more

I have always had prompt service for online print orders not today. My order was only for 30 one sided copies and it had been 45 minutes which is usually plenty of time. Employee directed me to the pick up shelf my order wasn't there. I have her the order number they said it wasn't ready and had until the end of the day. I asked if it could be done. I was directed to check in. I asked now what. I was told to wait. I said I can't do they offered to cancel my order since I was rushing the employee. Employee literally did air quotes. I said yes and walked out. It literally took less than a minute to cancel my order. Never going back there again. read more

I always wondered why this store was never busy. I now know why. I went to print flyers today. Their pricing read "plain paper- .75/copy; card stock .77/copy". I asked for 50 flyers on card stock. The employee immediately told me that she had a customer in and the total was almost $70.00 for 50. I asked for the manager to explain why they were advertising .77/ copy if it was indeed more. He very rudely told me that .75/ copy was for plain paper, but you have to add an additional .77 for card stock. I told him that's not how it reads. But, okay I'll take the plain paper for .75/ copy. I got my copies and was charged .83/copy! I asked to speak to the manager again, and in a very condescending tone, in front of another customer, he held up two thumbs and said,"You're right, that's what you want to be is right, so you're right.". I tried to tell him quoted me the .75 price, along with his display board, but he finished by saying, "it doesn't matter what I say, you'll turn it around", and continued with his thumbs up display. The convenience of this store is not worth the treatment that I just experienced. A simple "I'm sorry, let me check on that." Or, " I'm sorry our displayed pricing and what I quoted you was incorrect, we'll take care of it and get that changed" would have looked better on your store. There are way too many other stores that truly value their customers. I won't be back. read more

I brought in 50 5x7 index cards to have something printed on both sides. After holding for 11 minutes for the guy to see if they can do it he came back and said they could not. I then took it to Office Max in tbe area and they did it in to minutes for $5.00 I don't waste my time going in the store anymore as they either don't hVe what I need in stock, or say they cannot do something that they can. read more

How does Office Depot stay in business? Every time I come here, it's never busy. Stopped by to pick up some ink cartridges and OMG, I cannot believe how much ink costs. I made a comment to the sales associate and he told me that if I could find the price online (Cannon) on Amazon and it was cheaper, print it up and they will match the price. Customer service was poor today. I emailed this location to see about getting a printing service done. I received a confirmation email that my email was received but that's it. No one from the branch contacted me. I drove there a few hours later and ended up waiting 20min. As I walked in, you have to sign in. Not one employee greeted me or acknowledged me. The sign in computer said wait time was 5 min. I didn't mind waiting but the lack of customer service had me fleeing from this location. read more

I bought Magellan Expresso desk, bookcase, file cabinet, and hutch. Everything was damaged except the file cabinet. I returned the damaged office desk, bookcase, hutch to the store. Bought on Aug 17, 2020 and returned Aug 18, 2020. Here it is almost Sept. and I still have not gotten my money back. So upset that I will contest this charge with my bank. read more

I placed an online order at 3:15 today and stopped by this location to pick it up. I arrived at the desk at 4:03. My order had not been printed yet but Kayla was working on it and the website does say to contact the store for exact times. There were 3 employees behind the desk and 3 customers to wait on. Somehow an employee named Kayla was the only one helping! One lady was messing with full carts and talking to two other employees on the other side of the counter. And there was a male employee that seemed to be more focused on the fact the he got off at 4:30 than helping customers. I saw TWO people that didn't work there behind the counter at different times. Kayla was working her behind off and needs a raise! She was polite to customers AND THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE JUST IMPEDING HER PROGRESS!! She is a FIVE STAR employee but the other folks bring down to a THREE STAR experience! read more

Worst ever. My print jobs are never on time, are always incorrect and no one seems to care at all. They've even double charged me at times. Horrible. I am typing this as I have waited 25 Min for an order that I was told was ready. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. read more

I absolutely dread coming to this location. The girl at the front register has no social skills whatsoever and appears to hate her job. I was shopping for some office supplies and not once did anybody ask if I needed any help. I eventually found what I needed but I will not under any circumstance visit this location again. read more

I have been using this business for my business needs for years and years. I agree with the other review that the store is never busy but for me, that is fantastic. I am in and out in minutes. If there was a zero that's what they deserve. Store has an overall dirty appearance. But they have no customer service ability at all. Manager kept telling then long line of customers at the print desk that someone would be with us eventually.... instead of actually helping. They finally got more than one person to help and she was obviously pissed she had to work at all. There is no line marked anywhere, so when I went in I stood behind the person next in line... thank God when it was my turn the guy across the store that came up after me and the person behind him said "she's next." Because the sales person intended to completely ignore me. She looks at me and says, "for future reference we like to have people line up over there".... pointing in the opposite direction of the counter and signs for printing and copying... then hugged rolled her eyes and turned around..... you don't have to worry about the future.
