It was delivered to our reception area without any bubble wrap or protective packaging and by the time it was delivered up to my office it was already beaten up. Granted, this was partly due to being on the mail rack with other packages, but any frame of this size should have come protected. Common sense tells you something going to a corporate office is likely going to be handled by the mailroom. Even worse was the framing job. The jersey was completely wrinkled and off-center. Completely unprofessional framing job. House of Frames took back the frame, but then refused to fix it or provide a credit. There are far too many professional frame shops in the area to conduct business in this manner.

Once you get inside, the store is relatively organized and clean. It is pretty well stocked and I can usually find everything on my list. The pricing here is fair given the fact that the free Target circle app always has a ton of coupons and promotions. Always triple check the app before checking out! The lines for self-check out can get long, but there are usually a decent number of regular checkout lanes open, which helps reduce the traffic.

I expected an email a week later saying they were ready. Nope. I emailed. The rep supposedly never got it. Odd I used the same email addy. So I found the original I sent and I forwarded it. that was the following Tuesday, so a week later. Then I reach out to find out when, then I found out that their machne went down. No emails or calls saying its delayed. I reach out again to find out this new wrench in the get a long. so I wait and wait. Then today 9.25 I get an email saying they are ready. so 13 days for a job I was told 5 on. Now these are eye patches, the artwork they put on them is very small in relation to the patch itself. I do not remember discussing a size with them but I did expect it larger than they are.
