We tried to get the BBQ pork sticks, but it was too early. Total bummer. The employees were helpful, and fairly friendly, and it was a fun spot while in port. We saw this taco spot and figured we'd give it a shot. We ordered the blackened shrimp tacos and garlic butter scallop tacos, served with chips and mango salsa, and both were incredible. We're from Southern California and have had our fair share of seafood tacos -- these were some of the best! The chowder had great flavor and the mocha iced coffee hit the spot too. Great sized beer too. We were rushing to make our shuttle, and they got everything out quickly enough for us to enjoy our meal and still make it on time. We had a light breakfast on the ship, but were still very hungry by the time we made it here. There were 3 people waiting for food when we ordered, but there was no line at the counter otherwise. My wife ordered the Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon crepe (adding avocado), while I chose the Monte Cristo. As the crepes were made to order, it did take a while to get our food. After about 20 minutes, the server called my name. We took our order and sat down in front of the pub next door (they were closed), as there wasn't any seating around. We dove into our food as it was hot and fresh. My Monte Cristo was jam-packed (pun intended) with chopped ham and cheese, but with just enough of the raspberry preserves to enrich the flavor of the other ingredients. My wife's crepe was full of salmon, enrobed by the spinach and avocado. We devoured our food very quickly, our appetites satiated and ready for a long day ahead.
