    Halibut tacos
    Joyce Z.

Even though we can see and walk back to our boat for our free lunch, I wanted to support local and eat at one of the eateries in Ketchikan before boarding, after we got back from our excursion. When in Alaska, it is halibut everything for me, so we got both the halibut fish and chips and the halibut tacos. The upcharge for the mango salsa wasn't really worth it considering it is just a small solo cup of it, but other than that, both options were tasty. The tacos had some heat to it, so I ate more of the halibut fish n chips. The staff is so friendly and super patient as the guest before us had so many questions about a simple drink and the cashier was such a saint and so patient with her.

Seafood Chowder, Crème Brule Donut, HUGE basket of fries

Everything's so good here! Fair warning, the fries are massive. They could easily feed 2-4 people. Seafood chowder was 10/10! And the staff are so friendly and gave us great service!

Solid restaurant in an ideal location along the main boardwalk downtown. I got the halibut fish and chips, which was cooked well and came with a lot of chips on the side. Solid spot to stop in on if you're doing some shopping in downtown Ketchikan.

Based on the Yelp reviews decided to try TT, got halibut fish n chips, absolutely loved it, fish was fresh, light and delicious, there potatoes were good too, but expensive, again all the places are expensive at the port and DT.

While on a cruise to the beautiful island of Ketchikan, Alaska, a great friend treated us to lunch at Timber and Tide. My wife ordered the seafood chowder and I went with the classic cod fish and chips. Living and working part-time on the California coast, we've had our fair share of seafood--but this meal was truly memorable. I'd rate my fish and chips an A+. The portions were just right, the flavor was fresh, and the food came out quickly even though the restaurant was busy. The atmosphere was simple, clean, and welcoming. Chef Collin prepared the food perfectly, and Dalton, who took our order, was patient, professional, and very kind while waiting for my indecisive wife to decide. We will definitely be back to Timber and Tide in the future. If you're in Ketchikan and craving great seafood, this spot is a must!

We just had lunch here. A party of seven. Two of us had halibut with chip style fries. I LOVE a good halibut plate and Timber &Tide had just what I was craving. Light breading and cooked just right. The rest of the party had chicken tacos and they raved about them. And Timber & Tide was literally a few steps from our cruise ship!

Timber & Tide offers a relaxed dining experience with beautiful waterfront views and a thoughtfully curated atmosphere. While there is no restroom inside the restaurant, clean public restrooms are conveniently located just outside, and the surrounding area features a variety of charming local shops, adding to the overall appeal. The food was exceptional--the clam chowder ( which is not even on the menu ) was among the best I've had this year, rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The taco was equally impressive, enhanced by a vibrant house-made salsa, and even the chips were fresh and crisp. The service was warm and attentive, with a friendly, professional staff. Timber & Tide is where great flavors meet coastal charm--definitely worth the stop.

Love it, too bad I am just visiting or I'd definitely be back! The service is good, the restaurant has lots of seating abd the food is a little pricey but good!

The scallop taco is easily the best taco I've ever had in my entire life the scallops were cooked perfectly and the flavor was amazing

So freaking expensive to start. $200 for a king crab leg and half a Dungeness crab and some chowder. Chowder came out cold twice! Crab took over an hour to come out when we told them we had to catch our bus back at 11 which was very soon. The views are incredible but this place like so many others with great views let service slip and just know they will bank roll money. Ambiance was busy and only had seats outside which had a guy yelling where the Norwegian cruise ship line started to catch a shuttle back to Norwegians port. The chowder had great flavor I will say and the Dungeness crab was actually also really good. Much better than the king crab leg.

Food was delicious and fresh, and the service was great. Everyone was so friendly and checked on us multiple times. Located close to the cruise port for easy access for a nice warm lunch off the ship. Highly recommend when stopping in Ketchikan!

We had such a great time at Timber & Tide! I had the seafood chowder which was so good that I was tempted to lick the bowl. My husband had the cod tacos, and he didn't offer me a bite, which pretty much tells you everything you need to know. Big kudos to Chef Collin for making food that tastes like vacation happiness in every bite. We'll definitely be back.

Food was delicious and super convenient to Berth 4 if arriving on a cruise ship. Don't miss this spot. Super kind and passionate staff. Food was delicious and the perfect view of the harbor.

We appreciate the special Ketchikan specific additions of Filipino food and chicken wings, making the menu choices significantly larger than I would assume it is at other franchise locations in Washington or beyond. Considering there isn't many other fast food options in town, it isn't bad! A little on the spendier side but it is Rural Alaska to be fair. My family enjoys when we treat ourselves to a meal here and it's usually busy during weekday lunch. We wish hours were a little later, but we understand the mall closes early so it's partially out of their control.
