You can definitely smell this tiny stand before you see it. The kettle corn is cooked fresh, and has the perfect crunch. My go to is always caramel corn. The bags fly off the counter quickly. Get one bag to snack on while wandering Ketchikan, and another to save for later! read more

I was on a cruise in April 2024, visiting in Ketchikan. We were walking around the pier area and I spotted this little stand. Pop's Kettle Corn, I told the young man I would return. I'm so glad I did!! This is the best Kettle Corn I've ever had. I was telling my family about it, so we're hoping to order online. Keep up the good work!! Right next to the cruise ship dock in Ketchikan, but doesn't have that overly publicized, lofty attitude of "you should know who we are" that other businesses have. Operated from a small kiosk-like storefront right at the end of the dock. They have the usual flavors: butter, kettle, caramel, etc but also some really creative ones like Blue Raspberry, Grape, and Cajun. We didn't have time to try all the flavors, so we asked one of the employees to recommend us one. Ended up with spicy caramel which is going down in my book as one of the BEST FLAVORS OF POPCORN TO EXIST *heart eyes* great customer service, decent pricing (small $5, large $8) and really good, fresh, popcorn. If you find yourself in Ketchikan, make sure you hit up Pop's during your stay there! read more

We were there June 2019. They have the best Kettle Corn and Carmel Corn we ever had. Didn't know that until it was too late to go back on shore and load up. We hoped that we could have it shipped to us. Sad. After 2 years, it's not possible. We paned for Gold. Fun! But rather have more Pop's Kettle Corn. read more

If you want to find the world's best popcorn...it can be found in Ketchikan, Alaska! Don't worry...they will ship to you! Not only is the popcorn amazing, the staff is simply wonderful! I highly recommend their White Gold Kettle Corn. Caramel kettle corn with a dusting of white cheddar...a must have! Makes a great gift too! read more

The Chicago popcorn is out of this world, but the kids love the French Toast best. Friendly staff and went out of their way to tell us how to spend the day in Ketchikan!! Excellent prices and located right off berth 1 in a cute little popcorn stand--read great reviews about this place on another site and asked a local where to find it and he directed me exactly to the spot and told me it would not disappoint!! read more

My husband and I were on an Alaskan cruise and stopped at Ketchikan. We were hungry and decided that popcorn would be a good snack. I am not crazy about kettle corn because usually it is too sweet for me. But, we were went ahead and bought a bag of kettle corn at Pop's. Wow! I was very surprised at how delicious this popcorn was. It was not overly sweet. The mixture of sweet and salty was perfect. We were impressed and wished that they were in Texas (where we live)! If you are ever in Ketchikan, please stop there and try them out. You will not be disappointed! read more

Wow! I must say that I LOVED the popcorn here. We were on an Alaskan cruise, and Ketchikan was one of our port stops. Walking around the city, we stumbled upon Pop's! They seem to operate and sell out of this tiny shack -it's about as local as you can get. I tried samples of the cheese, kettle, and caramel. Their kettle corn was absolutely fabulous, but in the end, we bought a bag of cheese covered caramel. I'm a sucker for the salty-and-sweet. Their popcorn is fresh and popped daily (or at least whenever they are open). My favorite specialty popcorn before this trip was Popcornopolis, but Pops blows them out of the water. Their popcorn isn't overly seasoned or covered the way Popcornopolis is, so it still has a light feel & taste to it. I really wish we had bought more bags because the rest of my family somehow got their hands on my bag... and it was gone by the end of the day. Through the rest of our trip, we tried several other popcorn shops in hopes of getting another bag as good as the one we had at Pops, but to no avail. Nothing compared to Pop's. If you're ever in Ketchikan, I highly recommend you try the popcorn here. I am craving it so much I really hoping they can ship! read more

BEST popcorn in town! They have a variety of unique and delicious flavors that you won't find anywhere else, such as Birthday Cake and French Toast. Their Cheesy Caramel is my personal favorite. Their staff members are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them but beware: Their popcorn is highly addictive! read more

AMAZING popcorn!!! A coworker introduced us and I'm hooked. I couldn't stop eating it. I've had good kettle corn, but Pop's blows all others out of the water! My favorite is "Chigaco" (cheese & caramel). The flavors might change, but order up some scrumptious popcorn! Great for gifts, potluck dish, movie snacks, airplane food, you name it! Some flavors (which may change): cajun, chicago, french toast, jalapeno, nacho, red hot cinnamon, kettle, birthday cake, spicy caramel, and caramel. read more

As Ketchikan had the best prices in Alaska, this is where we purchased most of the gifts to bring back to friends and family. Anything from Russian nesting dolls to polished rocks. I stocked up on coasters and shot glasses. Many designs to choose from. Aside from all the cool souvenirs, they also have a candy store within. They carry jellybean, chocolates and many boxed novelty candy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. As we purchased over $100, we got a cap and shopping bag as gifts. If you're on a cruise and are looking for places to shop, this store has the best prices!

We stopped into this brewery to check out some local craft beer and really enjoyed our visit.
