I remember thinking the menu looked pretty awesome, although I somehow managed to accidentally delete my photo of it! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and as a dog lover, I have to mention that the pup hanging out inside was absolutely adorable. One thing I thought was especially cool was that they could add different flavors to some of the beers, which made for a fun and customizable experience. It's also within walking distance of the cruise port, making it an easy stop for cruise passengers looking to support a local business. So, we went in asked the bartender who was awesome to explain it as she made it and it was a tasty little concoction of crown, Jameson, and Kahlua. I thought it to be so good, that I ordered one for Liz. I also tried their imperial stout which was pretty good too. The bar looked roomie, it was empty during midday though, but it appeared to have potential for live music and lively gatherings come sundown. If you have time and are thirsty, check it out.

Ultimately, the experience landed in the "average, but not exceptional" category. While the execution missed the mark this time, the foundation is solid, and 108 Tap House clearly possesses the potential to be a standout spot with a few technical adjustments in the kitchen.
