Brisket Sandwich Combo - paired with baked beans and pineapple lemonade.
    Johanna J.

The food truck stopped by my apartment complex and I decided to try them out. I ordered the brisket sandwich combo paired with baked beans and pineapple lemonade. Service and food prep was fast. The cost for the combo was $15 plus tax (and tip), which is reasonable for this area. The brisket sandwich was delicious but sadly the bun was soggy (I get it, the meat). I must say the baked beans were my favorite item of the combo. I wasn't a fan of the pineapple lemonade - was lukewarm and couldn't really taste much of a difference. Overall decent experience but nothing to rave about.

My husband and I tried O's Chop House and it was delicious! My first impression was that the prices were affordable, so my husband asked about portion sizes and we weren't disappointed. I ordered the O's famous brisket sandwich, my husband got the brisket loaded potato and we both got a side of the jalapeno mac and cheese. The potato was massive! It was so much food and although in comparison, it made my sandwich look small, the sandwich was just as filling for me. The barbecue was very tasty and the portion was generous! My sandwich came with a side of onions and pickles, both of which were great on the sandwich. My husband loved his potato and the mac and cheese was perfection. It was spicy and soooo creamy and velvety smooth. The service was friendly and very fast! I think we waited less than 5 minutes. Overall, we would love to try O's again!

Awesome food truck! I tried the brisket tacos. It was well seasoned and very tender. The Banana pudding was great! Can't wait to try the rest of the items. Service and staff was attentive and friendly!

I ordered the drunken noodles, papaya salad, shrimp spring rolls and beef larb. There were other customers who ordered ahead which is something I should have done. I was really hungry and it took about 25 minutes for the food to be prepared on a Saturday afternoon. They stayed pretty busy with customers who ordered ahead or ordered at the window so that was a good sign. I appreciate the shade they provide over the tables outside so you can enjoy your food. Keep you out of the Texas sun or rain. Food was fresh and hot. The spring rolls were ok. I am spoiled by other places who roll spring rolls tight. The drunken noodles were savory. Noodles were cooked on point and had the expected texture. The papaya salad was fresh and appetizing. I got a spice level of 3, but probably could have kicked it up one more notch to make it spicier. The beef larb was mouthwatering and tender. My little ones fought over the sticky rice. Overall, the food definitely was worth waiting for and hit the spot.

I ordered online and they had a very busy day today and were short handed so there was a little bit of a wait, but the owner (?) was transparent about wait time and was very apologetic. The pizza place is towards the back, with a separate bar collab in front of it. Staff were great and ordering was simple; however, they did note issues with their soda machine and Coke provider while we were there. Pizza is freshly made with good ingredients (we got the margherita pizza) but the bottom of the crust was overly blackened and added some burnt bites into the mix which was not appealing. We also ordered a side of ranch for crust dipping but I would recommend skipping as it is definitely thick and store bought vs. made in house. Overall, we decided it is a great concept but pizza wise, we prefer other locations.
