Best bbq in the Austin area. Better than Brown's, Leroy and Lewis and La BBQ. Got the brisket, pork ribs, sausage and turkey. What makes this bbq stand out is the incredible flavor while maintaining its moisture without being fatty or oily. All the meat was lean but still not dry. I don't know how Pat does it! My issue with other Austin bbq places is that the meat is overly salted. Pat's is seasoned but doesn't leave your mouth numb from the salt. Had a meal from them at the Barking Armadillo. Just from the smell, we knew it was going to be good, and we weren't disappointed! I was proud of myself remembering to take a picture of my sandwich before digging in, was too late for the Hop Queen's pulled pork, she already attacked hers as soon as she got it. This is real home cooked BBQ, super moist, super flavourful, with some of the best bark I've had in a long time - makes me envious when I think of my home smoked Q, gives me a goal to shoot for. It was so good we ended up buying a couple of pounds to take home. The sauce provided with it was stand out as well, we now keep an eye out for the next time they're around, and will plan our tap room excursions to get more! read more

The food was good but the sauce was too spicy so I ate it dry. I tried the beans which had a good flavor. You order and pay at the counter. They bring the food to the table and clean up. Otherwise you fix your own drinks and help yourself to utensils and condiments. read more

This is an easy 5 star review. Pat has arguably the best brisket in Georgetown. It's without a doubt my favorite. The brisket sausage is awesome. The brisket Frito pie will fill you up and Pat doesn't skimp on the brisket. The beans are my favorite side and the food truck is always near a local brewery so you can pair it with great drinks. There are always random additions to the menu such as brisket burgers. This is a local business that should definitely be supported. Looking forward to more great bbq. read more

Needed a good meal at the end of a long day. Pats food truck was at Rentch brewery in Georgetown and their sausage and brisket sandwich made my day! The brisket was moist , smoked perfectly with a nice bark. The sandwich itself had generous amounts of thick-cut brisket with just enough sausage to boost the overall flavor.
