The meat is done right but doesn't come through with the smoke flavor you'd normally get from a TX bbq joint. The potato is absolutely unique. It reminds me of a German style potato salad with a little twist or something extra that o couldn't quite identify. But nonetheless, very good. I enjoyed the Cole slaw as well. It's more of the backyard cookout BBQ. I've been spoiling myself and checking out the Texas Monthly Top 50 and Michelin star spots recently and this is not that. Respectable 'que though!
