Came in for my first time to have this blazer dry cleaned the price was a bit high. When I came to pick it up I noticed a thread coming off the armpit side. This is a brand new blazer and I would have noticed it. The lady said they don't do damages like that and ignored me to help another customer. Very unsatisfied. read more

They did such an amazing job at making my pieces looking brand new and even removed some tough stains from a white shirt that seemed impossible to get rid of. Dry cleaning was fine, but sadly can't trust the tailor. Came here based on glowing reviews and it's true, couldn't be a friendlier front desk manager... sadly, a suit I brought in to get tailored (shorten sleeves, hem pants) was ruined, and nothing was done to help remedy the issue when it clearly didn't fit right. No 2nd attempt, no refund, credit etc. Too pricey to not have a good experience, word to the wise. read more
