Came in for my first time to have this blazer dry cleaned the price was a bit high. When I came to pick it up I noticed a thread coming off the armpit side. This is a brand new blazer and I would have noticed it. The lady said they don't do damages like that and ignored me to help another customer. Very unsatisfied. read more

BEWARE OF OPPORTUNISTIC PRICING AND INCONSISTENT HONESTY! They size people up and charge whatever they think they can get away with. I walked in as a new customer with 11 shirts. The owner quoted $12 per shirt to launder and press -- way higher than the going rate, but I wanted to support a local business. Later, I found out new customers are supposed to get 50% off. When my wife had already paid, they suddenly said it was "too late." A week later, I walked in to complain & overheard the same owner quoting another new customer $7 a shirt. When I asked about it, she got defensive and waved a "policy" sign in my face and said read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS in small print! That's not a misunderstanding -- that's opportunistic pricing. They change their story depending on who's in front of them, and honesty takes a back seat when it's convenient. No call when my order was ready, no apology, just excuses. Came here based on glowing reviews and it's true, couldn't be a friendlier front desk manager... sadly, a suit I brought in to get tailored (shorten sleeves, hem pants) was ruined, and nothing was done to help remedy the issue when it clearly didn't fit right. No 2nd attempt, no refund, credit etc. Too pricey to not have a good experience, word to the wise. read more
