Dropped off one button up, one pair of slacks, one white dress & white blazer off at 7:30am. Everything was ready after 4pm. The cut off time for same day dry cleaners service is 10am. You get what you pay for. All my items were dry cleaned and I paid $53 for everything. A bit pricey? To some people, yes. But its the price you pay for same day service. The staff was very friendly. I did not see any issues with any of my clothing. It's a small cleaners located in the corner next to a laundry place near the Wok Wok Express. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!! Three of my suit jackets were shrunk and the owner offered no compensation to reimburse me for the damage to my jackets. He wouldn't even refund me the $51 in dry cleaning fees, despite admitting on the phone that they "dry cleaned them incorrectly" and would "fix them". He then denied ever saying this. Dario will claim that he offered me a credit for his business - but I declined his offer - there is no way I will ever do business with One Hour Cleaners again after this terrible experience. After attempting to clean and stretch my jackets back to size 3 times over the course of 2 weeks, Dario then shockingly admitted to sending my jackets to his tailor to "make them the correct size again" without my permission. His tailor found the jackets were true to size, however my jackets had been professionally tailored to fit my body - and no longer fit me after so that was irrelevant. When I explained to Dario my frustration that I'd already had to purchase new jackets for work to replace the jackets he shrunk, he said "You can return those jackets you already wore - who cares how many times you wore them". This in itself shows Dario's integrity and shady business dealings. He proceeded to call me a liar, a scammer and that I "probably just gained weight." I am not sure how I could have gained weight in two weeks to no longer fit in my own jackets that had fit prior to dropping them off. Dario finished the conversation by saying "this situation is closed" and asked me to leave or he would call the cops for loitering. I am in shock at the treatment I received as a loyal paying customer. I will never return to One Hour Cleaners again and encourage others to avoid this business at all costs. read more

I've used this location for all my dry cleaning needs and have been happy with services received until recently. I've been playing a game of cat and mouse with the manager regarding pants I needed alterations for the past three weeks. The seamstress is never there. I got up early on Saturday, per the manager's instructions only to be told the seamstress wasn't there. The manager refused to reach out to the guy in addition to refusing to contact the owner or provide information so I could regarding this on going problem. The manager was complacent and showed no interest to resolve the problem. Customer service seems to be a fading idea . I would appreciate spoke feed back about my concerns. read more

I wanted to find a local dry cleaner close to S's work and decided to give this place a try. I needed a wool peacoat dry cleaned ($26) and an alteration on a small boy's athletic jacket ($15). Service was friendly and the process was easy - I paid in advance and got a receipt for the agreed upon pick up time. Takes credit card. I like that this place does alterations too so I don't have to make an extra stop. What made this experience extra outstanding was that the owner (?) pro-actively noticed that one of the buttons was missing from the wool peacoat and came out to the car to let me know that if she finds a button to repair it, she would. How awesome is that!! She kept her word and we so appreciate the thoughtfulness! Parking: sort of a pain - in the same lot as Walmart but tucked away in the corner of the strip mall. All of them (express/1 hr cleaners) gave me a turnaround time of 2-3 business days. When I called, I was helped by a young lady who gave me a faster pickup time. Today I dropped off some clothing and the gentleman working was accommodating to a quicker pick up time. I already noticed price increases on just dry cleaning and minor alterations but they do good work. This past visit I got 1 coat cleaned and a pair of pants hemmed. I made sure to ask the price before hand and said I will pay at pick up. At pick up the price was higher because they categorized my cost as a wool coat which it is NOT. They refused to honor the original quoted price. Customer service is very important and I did not feel like my business was appreciated. So for that reason I will not be back. Called and talked to Mary over the phone, after discussing a few details, she said it would be best to bring it in. Mind you this curtain panel was heavy. This place is a MIRACLE WORKER for your clothes! BACK STORY: I accidentally washed my bf's really nice merino wool sweater one day and was panicking tf out (did everyone but me know you're not supposed to put merino wool in the wash?!?!?!? Anyways). I frantically Yelped "cleaners" and kept scrolling and scrolling... and then found this one and was SO impressed by the hundreds of 5-star reviews. I raced over and explained what happened, basically pleading for their help. They said once merino wool is shrunk, it's shrunk, but they'll try their best and to give them a couple days... a couple days later I go back with bated breath and OMG GUYS, I KID YOU NOT, THE SWEATER IS PERFECT LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. When I returned to the hotel I realised I had forgotten my receipt. So I rang the owners and they sent me a copy of the receipt immediately via email.
