The BEST for over 30 years! Rosie and her staff are like family! Thank you Patterson :) read more

Requested 2 uniforms to be pressed. Returned to me with only one pressed. Additionally, the collar patch was cut uneven and then placed onto the uniform completely uneven where it is significantly noticeable and looks terrible. Ruined uniform and unable to be fixed. Overpriced for shotty work. read more

This is a review for their tailoring only. $35 for a single pair of pants is highway robbery. When we called to ask about pricing, we were quoted "well our regulars know our prices." The person on the other end of the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. I would not reccomend their tailor to anybody. read more

Second time I've gone to get my suit dry cleaned by them and they are an absolute delight to deal with. Quick timely and reasonably priced I will be going back for certain! read more

Great service and nice people. They even advised me how to launder one item myself! They are also contribute to the community cleaning scarves for Chemocessories.org which provides turbans, scarves and jewelry to women going through chemo. read more

I had a last minute shirt that needed to be cleaned and they were able to accommodate the same day. The price was very affordable and they were extremely efficient! read more

There is no better dry cleaners in LA County that I'm aware of. I've brought cotton shirts, wool and cashmere suits, cashmere sweaters, and everything else I've had dry cleaned here for over 20-years. They are outstanding! read more

Visit here if you are looking for the worlds most expensive dry cleaner. $77 for four pants, two shirts and a polo. That's criminal. How are they still in business? I know they're in Manhattan beach and all going there are making 100k plus but dang.. if you're not a richy rich stay far away. No place in my twenty years of getting dry cleaning done has been as expensive as this place. I'm in shock. Again, it's criminal what they are doing and yet can get away with it because the wealthy are bamboozled. Community mom and pops are special because they are honest and do not try to nickel and dime their customers. Is a pair of pants really $12 worth of service? Does that really speak to your SURROUNDING community? I'm talking Hawthorne, Inglewood, Torrance...Or just try to rip off those that aren't your manhattan beach folk? May as well post a sign that says-- "ENTER IF YOU HAVE BIG BUCKS" Middle class and lower income--- DO NOT GO HERE!! This place does not speak to you read more

I have been using this dry cleaner for about a year. They are open every day of the week and their hours and great. The staff is always very friendly and they have always handled my expensive wardrobe without any issues. They do charge more than most dry cleaners; however, the accessibility over the weekend and evening hours justify the price for someone like me who works M-F 9-5pm. read more

Ruined my favorite shirt by ripping it and then lied and told me it was that way when I dropped it off. They even tried to repair it as it had some stitching in the ripped area. Lady with makeup told me I ripped it and then tried to sew it before I brought it to them. Only leaving a bad review because of the blatant lie. Things happen but take accountability. read more

The one star is for ROSIE. I used to go to Patterson cleaners all the time. It's convenient. But prices keep changing and I would question that and I was scolded by ROSIE saying that I am picky. I tried to talk to her and she would walk away from me. I find that really rude and unacceptable as a customer. ROSIE is the problem and that is why I am not going to Patterson' cleaners anymore. read more

I go here every week! I absolutely love them at Patterson cleaners. I have extreme OCD about my clothes and any issue I've ever presented to them they've fixed. Definitely recommend! :) read more

When I was in High School, Patterson Cleaners took care of all 100+ marching band uniforms every single year! They were super clean and the uniforms were very old by the time I was wearing them but you honestly wouldn't have known with how well they took care of them. We also used to play Christmas carols in front of their shop every December and they were always very sweet people. read more

Such amazing customer service! I had an issue with some (arguably cheap buttons) on a suit. They were quick to help me fix the issue and did it with a smile. They are quick, efficient, and use very clean products. As a bonus: parking is super easy and prices are decent for the area. read more

I've been going to Patterson Cleaners for years, and have always received the kindest, most thorough service. I highly recommend them.

Best cleaners I have found in the South Bay. Are they expensive - yes, but if you want to feel as close to 100% confident that your clothes will be taken care of, then this is the place for you. Customer service cannot be beat - every member of the staff is friendly and courteous. The location is convenient to most of MB. Turnaround time is great - getting things back same day has never been an issue. Parking can be a bit of an issue, though rarely is this the case. One of my biggest praises for Patterson relates to buttons. My dress shirts all have natural buttons, which tend to be more fragile than synthetic ones. In the past I have laundered my shirts at "high end" cleaners that have destroyed buttons, even on brand new shirts, only to replace them with thinner, cheap looking, plastic ones. Since using Patterson I have only had 2 buttons crushed - unfortunately I received the shirts back with neither replaced, indicating they could do a better quality control job at the end of the process. Why 4 rather than 5 stars? Perfection is difficult. Also over the course of the past 3 years I have used Patterson on a few occasions I have brought clothes home only to find that they have stains or marks they did not at the time they were dropped off. This has happened less than 10 times, and other than what looks like a bleach spot on the front of a blue dress shirt, everything has come out. Is Patterson perfect? No. But as previously stated perfection is a difficult (if not impossible) thing to achieve. Given the volume of clothes they handle, Patterson does about as good of a job as you will find anywhere. Just remember: you sometimes get what you pay for. So if you spend a lot of money on your clothes and want them to look their best and last, don't be be cheap with your cleaners as all dry cleaners are not equal. read more

We live in the Beach Cities and Patterson is the best there is. The only caveat is that our comforters and blankets have a perfumey smell after dry cleaning. I suspect it's from the solvents they use or perhaps the items are not completely dry before they're plastic wrapped. Not perfect, but fantastic on clothes. Rosie is the best! read more

Adding another 5-star review for Patterson Cleaners, because they deserve it. I've both dry cleaned and had laundered a variety of articles here, from formal dresses to work blazers and dresses to a pricey down comforter, and have always had my items treated with excellent care and returned in ideal condition. For the area, the prices are very reasonable, the turnaround is quick, and the staff is friendly and always remembers me. My mother-in-law has been going to Patterson for years and recommended them when we moved to the area, and I couldn't be more pleased with the recommendation. read more

Rosie and staff are amazing, I luv the friendliness and quality of work there, I've been to many other dry cleaners before and by far Patterson's has always exceeded all my expectations, read more

My husbands family has been coming here probably since they opened. I honestly have no idea how long because I've only been here twice now. SOMEHOW they remember who I am after only meeting them ONCE! Here is my review relating to my last visit: Husband drops off dry cleaning Wednesday and I go to pick it up Saturday afternoon. I'm helped right away and my items are found right away. I'm expecting this to be around 60 or 70 bones. Items were: 1 men's suit (jacket and pants), 1 men's dress shirt, 1 ladies dress, 1 ladies pants, 1 belt. Total came out to only 50. Nice, not only nice but right when I walk in I hear "Are you Mrs. Fxxxxx new daughter in law?". I'm like WHOA. After I say yes, she hands me all the clothes, I pay, and I'm off. I've met this woman once, like months ago, maybe even a year! Great customer service and great prices! Be careful about parking. The lot is a little small in front. There is additional parking and an exit to the side street in the rear. read more

They have the most friendly staff! Pattersons always provides prompt service and everyone is very polite.

Prices are a bit high, but if you want quality work, friendly service, and reliable work, this is the place for you. It's worth the slightly higher price to not have to get an item recleaned because it wasn't done right in the first place. The hours are accomodating for those of us that work, and Rosie is as a sweet as can be and will greet you by your name. Love it read more

This review is strictly for 1 women's cotton blouse. Total $7.50. For a wash and press. The service was fine and no better or worse than other dry cleaners but $7.50 for 1 cotton blouse is a no go. A cotton men's shirt is half the price. What's the difference? read more

I love Patterson cleaners because of ROSIE. She is always so fantastic and helpful. She always greets me and others with a smile and something nice to say. She is the reason I go to this cleaners. She has taken care of my cleaning and sometimes fixing needs of my clothes. She is just the best. read more

Nicest owner! He is so friendly and remembers customers by name. Always accommodates tight turnarounds when needed.

I used them for the first time this past week. I brought in my pants that had a ripped hem. I totally forgot to ask them to fix it when I dropped them off to be dry cleaned, but sure enough when I picked the pants up, the hem was sewn back up! Thanks for the great customer service! read more

Pricey, but you do get what you pay for. Tried the stained tie test, came out looking great! Open Sundays, too.

Rosie is awesome! We have been customers for over 11 years and they never disappoint. She always gives my kids a little prize every time we come in! I'm a great customer so I expect my business to be earned and Rosie/Patterson fits the bill. Yes, they are a bit pricey-- but worth it in the long run. I cut corners elsewhere. read more

Took a couple jackets here to get dry cleaned. Slightly pricey, but quick, organized service.

They do a great job with my delicate garments that I don't dare try and clean myself. I usually see the same woman when I pick up and drop off, which is nice to know that they aren't churning through labor because people are stealing clothes out the back door. Prices are affordable, and they will match any other cleaner discounts and coupons. In case you're lazy like me, they'll do some auto-coupon thing where they must have some mind reading machine that prices the highest you're willing to pay but is low enough that you won't leave. I like them and they're clean, easy, quick, nice. What else do you need? read more

Absolutely love pattersons! They are the best cleaners in the South Bay! My boss will occasionally need shirts pressed same day and as long as I get them in early enough, the staff at pattersons always gets the job done! Which I truly appreciate!!!! The price is very very reasonable for such a quick turnaround! read more

Rosie is awesome. This Cleaners is always consistently great/professional and more. I use them exclusively. Thanks all.

It's worth my time and commute from Torrance to have our clothes beautifully laundered and to be greeted by friendly, respectful service. Every stain I present to Rosie, she happily marks and her staff gets it out every time. I could not be happier with this cleaners who I've been going to for 16+ years. They're service is worth its weight in gold. read more

On pretty picky with dry cleaners. I often am convinced they just steam but not thoroughly clean. I finally found cleaners I trust. Rosie rums the place and works harder than anyone I know. Stains pointed out come out, pressed perfectly, amid timely according to your needs. Open 7 Days makes it beyond convenient. Price is a bit higher but absolutely the quality. They also do reliable simple tailoring. Wouldn't recommend for true French weaving of holes in sweaters tho. read more

I have been going to these cleaners for a few years and what impresses me is the friendliness of the staff and prompt service. My clothes always come back cleanly pressed and the turnaround is quick. I've done collared shirts, pants, suits, jeans, very good work :) read more

Pricey? Pah-lease! This is the cheapest and best place I've found around LA. If you know of a better one (especially in the South Bay) please let me know). Super friendly, clean, quick and convenient. read more

I took a pillow to this cleaners which had no stains just some smell of sweat and odors. I pointed this out when I took the pillow for dry cleaning - they said nothing about those smells will not come out because they use an organic cleaner- so I had them clean it. Well - $25 later - the smells are still there and I have wasted $25 dollars. I will never go to that dry cleaner again - I feel they are dishonest and,did a terrible job. read more

We have a pickup delivery service and pickup is to be automatic weekly. The driver continually forgets to pickup. This last time, Cleaner management said that they can't get the driver to cooperate and said we should find another cleaners. Enough said. read more

Been going to Pattersons for years. Top quality work and great service. As another review said, Rosie is great. She is ALWAYS there (I think she lives there) and she is so knowledgeable. If she doesn't think she can get a stain out, she is honest about it. I have been very pleased with all their work. read more

Warning: They shrink your clothes. Rosie is sweet, and she's always there, but they shrunk several of my work clothes and always had a reason why it was my fault ... the poor quality of fabric (Tahari, Theory, Reiss - I don't think so), or that I perspired and the moisture caused shrinkage. I believe they're over-steaming garments, but it cost me over $1000 in the end in clothes I couldn't wear. They refused to take any responsibility. I bought a replacement Theory dress identical to the one they shrunk and showed them the before and after, and they still came up with reasons it wasn't their fault. Working out payment still. I know there are others who must have similar issues because it happened so often. My suggestion: Go elsewhere. read more
