The owner honored the quoted price. UNFORTUNATELY, a week after actually unzipping the suit out from the garment bag, The buttons from my custom suit were chipped. I have not addressed this issue with the owner, but at this point, I'm not sure there is anything they can or will do. It would have been a different issue if I looked at it and scanned the suit before leaving the dry cleaner.

I asked what the turn around was, as I am used to being told when it will be ready, not picking a date. I was told the usual turn around time was a minimum of 2 days. Strange for a place called one hour cleaners, but okay, I accepted it. Final alarm bell, you don't pay up front, but when you receive your items. That right there should've sent me packing. But I wanted to support another local business. My mistake. When the items were retrieved, 3 blazers, and 1 suit was $71.95. Now, what can I do I need my stuff so I have no choice. Also, likely why you don't pay up front. I pay $28 for the same set of dry cleaning at my usual guy. From $28 to $71. That's a major difference. Quality was the same as my industrial dry cleaners at work, which I don't use because it's industrial. I have used four other locations in my time in the community, and never have I had to pay remotely close to that price. I was offered 10% off to leave a Yelp review, but being honest was worth more than $7. I will not be returning.
