Eagle cleaners damaged my brand new pair of $350 pants. Yes- they are expensive, they were my first investment pair after loosing baby weight for work. I had them two weeks and they ruined them. The front desk worker was not sympathetic AT ALL. She told me management would call on the following Monday and they never did. I followed up- no answer. I was beside myself with disappointment. read more

Best dry cleaners in all of LA. Why? Friendly and nice but most of all - very reasonably priced. I drive from mid city to go to them, that says something there! Plus they are located in cute, historic downtown El Segundo. Easy parking on side of building or there is free garage behind--plus a great 99 cent store read more

EXCELLENT dry cleaners and alterations. They always do a great job, are reasonably priced and if needed they do AWESOME alterations. Staff is very friendly. Just took my son's suit to be cleaned and the pants needed a repair -- the side belt that adjusts the waist got torn. She had to made a new "belt" for the buckle to loop through. You cannot even tell which side is the replacement. We've been going here for almost 30 years. They are simply the best! read more

Our local cleaners. They are so nice and friendly. They even know my phone number by heart so they grab my clothes as I'm walking in! Love them, great prices too. read more

For dry cleaning I'm sure they are completely fine! For alterations... I do not recommend. I took a pair of jeans in and they borderline ruined them and left me with two big lines in the back and a super awkward bubble of fabric between my waist and butt. I took them to another tailor and he took one look and said "oh no. Did you take this to cleaners?". Hopefully he can fix it, but not happy that my favorite jeans may be ruined. read more

I only come here for my jeans, I wear them to work and am trying to keep the blue jean color preserved. Prices are fair considering the area and they always return in tact and freshly pressed. I don't know if I'd bring something special such as a evening gown or wedding dress, I'd probably end up going to a place that has nothing but five stars, but as for my needs now, it's my go to place and the only one that has longer hours staying open after work. And turn around time is by far one of the better I've experienced, as all the other cleaners I've tried in the area & from where I came, they take a week, for few pair of jeans really??? Customer service: they've always been Ok with me. Acknowledge or see me right away, give me my stuff and get me out. Any rudeness I did experience was at all the OTHER cleaners in the area. read more

Dry cleaning close to my office, so gave them a try for an event that I had to attend the next day. Fast service, cheap price, great work. Couldn't ask for anything more. read more

I don't know about the cleaning services but I can certainly vouch for their ability to hem jeans. I've been to many places in the past and it's hit and miss so I've tried to hem my own jeans in the past with only moderate success. I set out again looking for places to have them hemmed and I'm glad I found this place. They charge $11 and do the great job. There's no weird puckering at the stitches and with all three pairs of jeans NOT one pair is pinched at the ankles...so I'm pleased. Some time ago I brought a really pricey pair of jeans from a high end retail store and had them altered by that retail store's "in house" team...the way they turned out I'll be making myself a pair of pricey denim shorts. read more

Realized I broke a zipper on a dress I was planning to wear in a few hours and ran over to Eagle Cleaners and Rosie was so kind and offered to fix it for me in time even though she was working on alterations for two weeks out. She really helped me out of a bind and the work she did was fantastic. Had she sewn the original dress I'm sure it never would have broken in the first place. Thank you Rosie and you have a customer for life! read more

Need dry cleaning done right and for a reasonable cost? Visit Eagle Cleaners and get to know the owners who are normally around. No matter the staff is very helpful too. This is where I have been going for years. read more

This guy can make all your clothes look brand new! I took several sweaters in that we're getting yarn balls on them. He removed them all and my sweaters are perfectly smooth again! read more

I have a loud dress shirt that I put on at any time I've woken up and didn't comb my hair. It's a great way to redirect attention away from the bedhead. Then one day, I scratched my back with a pen. This felt soooo good. Unfortunately, the pen cap was missing and the back of my shirt looked like the Bic man was having his way with me (I'm filing charges against him later. Please contact me if you have any information about this man: http://i.treehugger.com/files/bic.jpg). I posted earlier a review of a dry cleaner place that couldn't get the ink out and still charged me $7 for it. Stung by that experience, I waited 6 months before trying again with another cleaner to get the ink stain out. Eagle Cleaners eliminated that sucker for good and only for $3. The customer service is top-notch since they still processed my items even though they were supposed to be closed. read more

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!!! Especially not before your wedding. We took the suits for the groom and the best man to this place. When we picked them up and took them to the wedding we realized the grooms suit was missing. The place can't find the suit but instead of just taking responsibility for misplacing it... They tried to blame us. They take tags off of clothes and have them laying in piles all over the place so I can see how it would be easy to lose items. They are shady and if it's an important day for you I wouldn't trust them with any of the details. If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. read more

I've only been once since I've just moved to the area but I don't think I would use them again. I brought in two white dresses that each had a couple small marks on them that were visible. They marked them with tape when dropping them off. When I picked them up after a few days I checked them before leaving and saw they both had the same marks on them. I was confused how they were missed since the dresses were white with no pattern or frill. They sent them back to be redone but I still had to pay full price $18. After returning for the second time, the dresses looked clean and pressed. Just more time and money than I expected to put into something as simple as this. read more

I have been going here for 3 years. Prices are great and it is an in house dry cleaner. They do a great job. It is also nice to bring in small items for repair. Cleaned and fixed in a couple days. read more

Awesome family owned business. Sergio and staff will take good care of you. There was stain that didn't come out the first time so they offered to clean it again and when it still didn't come out the owner said he would try to get the stain out personally... all for no charge. And one time I couldn't find a favorite dress and thought that I might have forgotten to pick it up here... Sergio took extra time to look through his computer system to see if that was the case and then gave me a wonderful tip which was to go through each hanger in my closet as dresses often slip off one shoulder and then get lost in your clothes. Went home, did just that and lo and behold there was my dress! They clean everything in house and also have a great tailor available. read more

I left pieces to be altered and it looks like they didn't do anything to them. I tried speaking to them and the owner got on and just started screaming at me and hung up on me. read more

They have shrunk multiple sweaters of mine. Not sure how this happened given that the sweaters should've just been dry cleaned. This place is fine for basic things like laundering men's dress shirts. read more

I've been coming here for years, and the seamstresses have always bailed me out of a pickle by re-hemming and tapering my jumpsuits and dresses. Their dry cleaning services are also great, except for the fact that they can't dry clean leather items in house. I always receive my items in time and in perfect condition. read more

We've been using Eagle Cleaners for at least 10 years and they have always been very efficient and timely. They take extra care with accommodating any last minute emergency of needing a shirt for an interview or a beautiful dress hemmed for a fabulous banquet. They have many services available from the regular dry cleaning of a shirt, re-designing your favorite skirt that needs to be let out or a simple sewing of a couple of buttons. The owner even shared with me his secret formula to get stains out. Now that's wonderful customer service! read more

Local, convenient and have never disappointed. Whether basic dry cleaning repair or tailoring the staff at Eagle always do a professional job. My husband is rough on his clothes so we visit Eagle for repairs for favorite shirts... even cuff repairs, and spills on favorite hoodies to be cleaned. Whatever it is.. Eagle has a solution. Thanks for you consistent, great work! read more

When I dropped off the clothes I asked if I could use the promotional card I had and the lady told me they no longer participate but that she would honor the promo card (50% off). When I picked up the clothes they only honored 10% off. Will not return. read more

Nice people, fast and good service, in-house seamstress, phenomenal prices... I love this place! Nevr had a problem with any of the clothes I bring and everyone working there is just really nice. read more

They do a good job, but my gripe is that no one is ever, ever at the counter when I come in to drop off or pick up. I always end up waiting at least 5 mins, staring at the tailor lady silently sewing (who does an awesome job of stay in the zone sewing, I must say) and watching the minutes on my lunch break tick away, before someone emerges from the back. Would be great if they had a door bell device, or something, but until then, I will perfect my "hey, someone is here" fake cough. read more

This is the best dry cleaners in town. Other places have given me a hard time when I've asked for next day service, which confused me because next day service is the norm at pretty much every dry cleaners I've ever used. But Eagle Cleaners has always been accommodating. The staff is friendly, the prices are great, and the location is convenient with lots of parking nearby. They've never let me down. read more

TERRIBLE costumer service. I brought in one of my favorite sweaters the same afternoon I spilled on it. Not only could they not get the stain out, they still charged me for it on the basis that the register would be low on cash and their employees wouldn't get paid if they didn't. They also refused to get the owner or manager to speak with me even though he had just walked by the register. Sayonara Eagle Cleaners. read more

For the same reason I posted a one star review for the competitor, door to door cleaner I am posting the 5 star one for eagle cleaner Fair price, job done well it's all I needed. I just moved in town and I think I found my dry cleaner. read more

Ive been to this store twice, once for an alteration on a basketball jersey and once to get a couple items dry cleaned. They do fantastic alteration work and will do the best they can to accommodate to your schedule. They had messed up on one of my shirts while dry cleaning but Sergio (i believe the owner or manager) admitted to the poor job and personally and swiftly had the issue resolved. Great customer service, fair pricing, and fast high quality work. I will definitely continue to bring my clothes here without any worries! read more

Excellent dry cleaner and tailor! Always friendly and prompt. They have gone above and beyond to help me with an emergency clothing repair, too! I'm a loyal customer!!! read more

I am so happy that I found this cleaners. The last dry cleaner's was a total rip off. They would quote one price when I dropped the clothes off and a different price when I picked them up! This is an honest business and all of my clothes have been just perfect when I receive them. The prices are reasonable, lots of parking, and there is always someone there to greet me as soon as I walk in. Thank you staff at Eagle Cleaners you have a customer for life! read more

This place is beyond phenomenal. I had to have a suit dry cleaned in the same day and they were able to accommodate. Always going back.

I dropped off a pair of jeans to repair a few holes last week. I come back a week later, when they said it would be ready, and they haven't even started yet. For how much they're charging you would think they would patched a few tiny holes by now. I wont be going back any time soon. read more

I've been using this cleaner for the past few months with no issue. A couple of weeks ago my wife picked up my shirts and didn't know/notice that one of them was missing. I have been back twice to find out what happened to the shirt, each time being told that they did not have it and that I must be mistaken. I think I would be able to notice if the $120+ Nordstrom french cuff dress shirt was still hanging in my closet. Last time I went in, I gave my number so that the owner could call me..........still waiting..........Will not be going back read more

I come here because the people are great and they get the job done well. The reason I gave them a 4* is sometimes my prices are different on the same thing. Depends on who rings you in I guess. Lovely people and they do do a nice job on our entire households things. read more

Still searching for a regular place to take my dress shirts and slacks on a regular basis since moving to the area. Been to Eagle 5 times giving them a lot of opportunity, but I'm not impressed. The staff seem less than interested and not very friendly. The quality is just ok and I still can't figure out their pricing. So many options in the area - I'll keep searching. read more

They do alterations too! Super friendly and professional. Will add them to my list of preffered businesses.

Fair prices, friendly staff and on-time service make Eagle Cleaners a good choice. I would use them again.

Great cleaners! They pick-up and deleiver for no charge and are very honest. Highly recommended.
