EXCELLENT dry cleaners and alterations. They always do a great job, are reasonably priced and if needed they do AWESOME alterations. Staff is very friendly. Just took my son's suit to be cleaned and the pants needed a repair -- the side belt that adjusts the waist got torn. She had to made a new "belt" for the buckle to loop through. For dry cleaning I'm sure they are completely fine! For alterations... I do not recommend. I took a pair of jeans in and they borderline ruined them and left me with two big lines in the back and a super awkward bubble of fabric between my waist and butt. I took them to another tailor and he took one look and said "oh no. Did you take this to cleaners?". Hopefully he can fix it, but not happy that my favorite jeans may be ruined. read more

I only come here for my jeans, I wear them to work and am trying to keep the blue jean color preserved. Prices are fair considering the area and they always return in tact and freshly pressed. I don't know if I'd bring something special such as a evening gown or wedding dress, I'd probably end up going to a place that has nothing but five stars, but as for my needs now, it's my go to place and the only one that has longer hours staying open after work. And turn around time is by far one of the better I've experienced, as all the other cleaners I've tried in the area & from where I came, they take a week, for few pair of jeans really??? Customer service: they've always been Ok with me. Acknowledge or see me right away, give me my stuff and get me out. I don't know about the cleaning services but I can certainly vouch for their ability to hem jeans. I've been to many places in the past and it's hit and miss so I've tried to hem my own jeans in the past with only moderate success. I set out again looking for places to have them hemmed and I'm glad I found this place. They charge $11 and do the great job. There's no weird puckering at the stitches and with all three pairs of jeans NOT one pair is pinched at the ankles...so I'm pleased. Some time ago I brought a really pricey pair of jeans from a high end retail store and had them altered by that retail store's "in house" team...the way they turned out I'll be making myself a pair of pricey denim shorts. read more

Realized I broke a zipper on a dress I was planning to wear in a few hours and ran over to Eagle Cleaners and Rosie was so kind and offered to fix it for me in time even though she was working on alterations for two weeks out. I have a loud dress shirt that I put on at any time I've woken up and didn't comb my hair. It's a great way to redirect attention away from the bedhead. Then one day, I scratched my back with a pen. This felt soooo good. Unfortunately, the pen cap was missing and the back of my shirt looked like the Bic man was having his way with me (I'm filing charges against him later. I posted earlier a review of a dry cleaner place that couldn't get the ink out and still charged me $7 for it. Stung by that experience, I waited 6 months before trying again with another cleaner to get the ink stain out. Eagle Cleaners eliminated that sucker for good and only for $3. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!!! Especially not before your wedding. We took the suits for the groom and the best man to this place. When we picked them up and took them to the wedding we realized the grooms suit was missing. The place can't find the suit but instead of just taking responsibility for misplacing it... They tried to blame us. They take tags off of clothes and have them laying in piles all over the place so I can see how it would be easy to lose items. They are shady and if it's an important day for you I wouldn't trust them with any of the details. If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. read more

I've only been once since I've just moved to the area but I don't think I would use them again. I brought in two white dresses that each had a couple small marks on them that were visible. They marked them with tape when dropping them off. When I picked them up after a few days I checked them before leaving and saw they both had the same marks on them. I was confused how they were missed since the dresses were white with no pattern or frill. They sent them back to be redone but I still had to pay full price $18. After returning for the second time, the dresses looked clean and pressed. Just more time and money than I expected to put into something as simple as this. read more

Awesome family owned business. Sergio and staff will take good care of you. There was stain that didn't come out the first time so they offered to clean it again and when it still didn't come out the owner said he would try to get the stain out personally... all for no charge. And one time I couldn't find a favorite dress and thought that I might have forgotten to pick it up here... Sergio took extra time to look through his computer system to see if that was the case and then gave me a wonderful tip which was to go through each hanger in my closet as dresses often slip off one shoulder and then get lost in your clothes. Went home, did just that and lo and behold there was my dress! They clean everything in house and also have a great tailor available. read more

I've been coming here for years, and the seamstresses have always bailed me out of a pickle by re-hemming and tapering my jumpsuits and dresses. They take extra care with accommodating any last minute emergency of needing a shirt for an interview or a beautiful dress hemmed for a fabulous banquet. Other places have given me a hard time when I've asked for next day service, which confused me because next day service is the norm at pretty much every dry cleaners I've ever used. They do a good job, but my gripe is that no one is ever, ever at the counter when I come in to drop off or pick up. I always end up waiting at least 5 mins, staring at the tailor lady silently sewing (who does an awesome job of stay in the zone sewing, I must say) and watching the minutes on my lunch break tick away, before someone emerges from the back. Not only could they not get the stain out, they still charged me for it on the basis that the register would be low on cash and their employees wouldn't get paid if they didn't. Ive been to this store twice, once for an alteration on a basketball jersey and once to get a couple items dry cleaned. They do fantastic alteration work and will do the best they can to accommodate to your schedule. They had messed up on one of my shirts while dry cleaning but Sergio (i believe the owner or manager) admitted to the poor job and personally and swiftly had the issue resolved. I've been using this cleaner for the past few months with no issue. A couple of weeks ago my wife picked up my shirts and didn't know/notice that one of them was missing. I have been back twice to find out what happened to the shirt, each time being told that they did not have it and that I must be mistaken.
